The resort was nice, comfortable and clean

They had some smart lights in the room that kept switching off when I was in the bathroom as there was no sensor. Finding the switch in the room in pitch black whilst you shower isn’t fun. They didn’t have enough vegan options at the buffet. If you are vegan I do not recommend eating in the resort.

It has everything, a new stylish look, located on the beach line with its own private beach, great food & spa!

The staff! Each and every staff member went above and beyond to make our vacation perfect. I will definitely return in our next visit in Rhodes.

We had breakfast and dinner. The Buffett was rich and different every night. Many healthy options as well as richer foods. The staff was very nice and helpful. We got a free upgrade to a beautiful suite and that was beautifuly furnished and so comfortable! Spa was great massage unfortunately the turkish bath and jacuzzi werenot working

There weren't enough food options for lunch and they closed a bit too early.

The hotel was amazing, the staff was very kind and the room was beautiful. Everything was very clean also, , the best rest vacation ever. Thank you, definitely will back

The food was excellent. The lady who greets everyone for the meals in the Agora restaurant was exceptional - always polite bubbly and veryfriendly and was a delight. So too was Perera the personal services manager. Well trained staff and very helpful. So we’re the cleaners and all other staff. Clearly very highly trained. I would certainly recommend this hotel and the staff make it.

From a personal perspective Would have liked some sailing dinghies in the water sports section as I like sailing. - In the Mylo restaurant - I didn’t like the bill being given to me before finishing my meal. Really enjoyed the meal in the Blue restaurant fine dining Ok these are just small grumbles - On an all inclusive basis I didn’t like the fact you couldn’t order a bottle of wine but you could order as many individual glasses as you wished which doesn’t seem quite right ?

Excellent ! Extraordinary views, top service , incredible rooms and super friendly staff . This hotel provide the best of the best you can experience in Rhodes , definitely booking our holidays at this beautiful place again. Good Job Atlantica , see you soon again !

This place is the best spot to relax and having the best time of your life . Thanks a lot Atlantica - the only complain I have is that we should stay longer :)

The food was delicious at the buffet. The A La Carte restaurants were some of the best we have ever eaten at - sublime. Good service front of house and in the A La Carte restaurants. Tani the red carpet waiter had impeccable service. Our free room upgrade to sea front swim up with red carpet had amazing views and red carpet service was a definite bonus. Mini fridge was good, with a good selection of soft drinks. Welcome bottle of Prosecco and fruits was a nice little touch for our honeymoon. The residences looked amazing - will book there next time. Massage at the spa was very good. Overall a very relaxing stay.

It was difficult to get a drink in the evenings - we often left the bar as we were having to wait too long (30 minutes) to be waited on and still no service. Never served more than one drink with any of our meals despite asking for more. Tha ladies and youngsters at the pool bar were often more interested in their own conversations than serving guests, sometimes were a little rude. Entertainment was appalling - the worst we have had at an all inclusive. Very amateurish and boring. This is other than the entertainment on the Tuesday night and the Drifters band which were good. The edge of our swin up pool was often green and at the end of the day our swimsuits were green. Perhaps the chemicals were off? Constant stream of traffic past the room with maintenance needing beds etc. Didn't have a 5* vibe because of this.

My new husband and I came for our honeymoon and the hotel is romantic and beautiful. Dimitra from reception was the nicest and so helpful, gave us the most beautiful room, which was clean and big. The hotel provides beach towels, beach bag, flip flops, yoga mat and straw hat !!! All of the stuff were amazing! Everything we needed, we got asap and with the biggest smile, in the restaurant, the pool bar…all of the stuff were perfect! Thank you for the best vacation ! most definitely we’ll recommend, and be back!

Housekeeping comes in without knocking, and woke us up a few times.

Our stay was nothing short of perfect. The room was fantastic, view of the sea idyllic, food varied and delicious, service impeccable. All of the staff were warm, welcoming and extremely attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to Orsi, Georgios, Sotiria, Filitsia, Evaggelia and in particular Poppy who were just great. We’ll be back to stay with you for certain.

This is an amazing luxury hotel, with a lovely private beach. The staff could not be more attentive and polite. We were upgraded to a swim up room, cosy and modern, with a great view. We had a wonderful time.

The only thing that could be improved was the entertainment. We enjoyed only the greek night.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. They went over and above to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The room was great, as were all the pools and other facilities available to us.

The music at night sometimes was too loud and stayed on til 11. Our room was just above the bar, which didn't help.

The room was amazing, we got a free upgrade to a suite with a private pool which was a lovely surprise.. The staff was very friendly especially Bruno, Vasilis, Anna.. Loved the food especially the greek corner..

Great beach front location. Excellent food and service.

All inclusive guests are only allowed to visit one a la carte restaurant per holiday regardless of holiday length. This is unnecessary penny pinching. All inclusive guests should be allowed one visit per week as a minimum.

The resort was beautiful, clean and excellently maintained. the staff were friendly and so helpful, they really made you feel taken care of. We were given a lovely room and were then upgraded to an even better room. The ginger restaurant on site is really nice, they also have a shop on site which came in handy. They have entertainment some nights and the main buffet is great!

Not to do with property- We went early April and the tourist season hadn’t fully started so all shops and restaurants around the local area were closed.

The hotel was excellent and food at breakfast and dinner was also very good, especially for a buffet arrangement. There was more than enough choice to satisfy everyone and in the 4 night we were there, nothing was repeated. In dealing with covid, masks were required when walking through the restaurant and clear disposable gloves were to be worn when handling serving utensils (probably something that should always happen at buffets).

The resort location/ village was small, with limited shops/ tavernas etc and felt a little tired. Perhaps this is the downside of having several nice hotels that do half board and all inclusive, as it takes away trade from the small tavernas etc. However, we did eat out one night at a taverna in the village (Ouzaki), where the food was very good and very reasonably priced.
