Great location very open and roomy. Walking distance to the market.

My family and I stayed to ski and snowboard at Winter Park and snowshoe in the area. The host was excellent to communicate with. The property was just as listed and very comfortable and pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay and if in the area again would hope to stay at the same property.

Loved the condo - check-in instructions were very complete & easy - beds were very comfortable - kitchen & living area were really nice - loved the roll out windows to let the air in - also loved the enclosed parking garage & elevator, since we were on the 4th floor - also great location - would definitely return if we get the opportunity!

the condo was just like it said and the pictures on spot on . the owner is super friendly and responds immediately. beds are so comfortable. Beware. if you cook bacon, open the window or the door the fire alarm will go off. LOL. besides that and the trying to figure out the bus system it was a great stay. Would definitely go back.

Property was well maintained and very up to date. Kitchen was well stocked and each room had its own tv and space for privacy. The communal hot tub was quite large as well. Marty was super responsive when we had an issue and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Definitely would stay again.

This condo is full of quality. Quality is found in the building and underground garage, the condo layout and furnishings and even the communication and responsiveness of the owner! We enjoyed the view and great location...walking distance to shopping and restaurants. This condo is bright, clean and fresh. The linens are great, and the owner provides both firm and soft pillows on the beds. That's attention to renter's comfort! We have rented many places in the past 18 months. This one is at the top of our list! We will be back. Thanks, Marty!

This was the perfect location for a weekend in Winter Park, walking distance to coffee, groceries, liquor store and some awesome Bars and restaurants. The unit is clean updated and a great place to relax after hitting the mountain for the day. Within walking distance is a free bus over to WP Resort. The building is generally quiet and the parking garage is secure and easy to acces. Highly recommend renting from Marty, we loved our stay at his place!!!

Near everything in Frasier. Short walk to the market and Lift stop.

Awesome place for a ski trip

This made our special trip even better than we could have imagined. It was a great view in a wonderful location. The home had amazing amenities and I was amazed by how secure I felt in a place away from home. I hope we can visit again soon!

Very nice, good location, very comfortable

This is a beautiful and well-equipped condo only 1 block from the main road through Winter Park/Fraser. We really enjoyed our stay. Some small quibbles: 1) the "Latch" electronic doorlock quit working via the app for us on our last day; fortunately, the owner provided backup numeric codes to unlock the door 2) the water pressure in the shower was a little on the low side; the shower is still eminently usable, but higher water pressure would make it even better (this may be a Winter Park thing and not an issue with the condo itself) 3) the smoke alarms in the main area of the condo went off while we were cooking at least twice; they are probably required by local fire codes, but a better ventilation hood for the oven/stove might minimize this occurring in the future 4) there is no measuring cup in the kitchen (we couldn't find it anyway); most anything else needed for cooking/dining at the condo was present 5) the owner doesn't seem to respond to queries sent via the VRBO service All of the above are pretty minor complaints measured against the fantastic condo and the ideal location. Fixing the above will only make this condo even better than it already is. Thanks to the owner for a great stay!

This condo was absolutely perfect! The furnishings were very comfortable and in great condition...and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed as we cooked every night. Highly recommend!

A wonderful place to recuperate with a slice of civilization around you. The condo is clean, well kept and perfect for 3-4 people, with two bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. It is on the fourth floor giving an enjoyable overview of the area, which includes mountains in the distance and a coffee shop nearby. Great places to eat. Nearby casual trails with ponds and gracious residents. There is no a/c but the air temperature at night in July is in the 60’s and 70’s in the day, so we were never hot. (Only care is to be conservative on your cooking for the fire detector nearby is super sensitive, and you may have to waive a towel or two at it to get it to stop!) Owners are gracious and professional in communicating necessary detail for arrival and departure. Suggest downloading the Latch app to become familiar with how to open and lock the doors from your phone. Once you get used to it, it is quite convenient. Overall, the place is quiet, convenient, and contemporary. Thankful for the accommodations.

We spent a weekend in Winter Park to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Marty and Kathy’s place is beautiful and clean. It’s conveniently located and made accessing dining and entertainment really easy.

Comfy, clean and stylish. Our family loved the location and the views. It was within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Our boys loved the hot-tub! Would definitely go back!

Absolutely beautiful property with gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset every day. Comfortable, clean, open floor plan. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The home is professionally furnished with plenty of windows to let in the sunlight and mountain breezes. The bedding is comfortable with ample pillows and extra bedding. This home is pet friendly only for the trained owners who can appreciate a nice place to stay with their fur baby. Crate trained pets are preferred because there is expensive carpeting in both bedrooms. If you have any problems with your accommodations, the owners are on hand to answer any of your questions. The best kept secret is the first floor secure bike storage. Bring your bike locks and enjoy easy access to your bikes, as well as the first rate mountain bike trails nearby courtesy of Rendezvous. For the first timers to Winter Park bike trials, take Meadow to Ditch trail for a beautiful view of the mountains and meadow. Not recommended for kids under 12 years of age and for adults who are not in familiar with riding a mountain bike on dirt trails over rocks and large tree roots.
