The cabins are small but cozy. Plenty of room for our family of five. We enjoyed all of the streams and ponds on the property, hanging out on the back deck, cooking out, and just a short trip to Granby, Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake. Thank you for having us. It was a wonderful time!

This home is wonderful! A great location, only 15 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. The grocery store and gas station are just down the road as well. My family and I really enjoyed the neighborhood and walked through the paths and even had a fire near the pond. Lots of wildlife to watch right from the deck. There’s also a great local coffee shop down the road. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

The cabin was perfect for our group. Clean and cozy with easy communication to the property manager. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The house is very small compared to looking into pictures along with not being safe for kids. You cannot have more than 3 people sit on the table or couch otherwise their will be bumping into each other. The only reason for giving 2 star is for stream running near along with the view. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very small. If you have younger kids they will bump into something as somemany things are packed into small space. I would not recommend this place if you have more 4 people especially if kids

Close to the Rocky Mountains. But the view is priceless.

Casita de Rio is a lovely three bedroom townhouse cabin situated steps away from the Fraser River. Everything necessary for an enjoyable stay is provided, including WiFi internet connection; very well provisioned for up to six guests with each bedroom having a private bath. Granby, CO is a short distance from Winter Park, Arapaho National Forest, Granby Lake, Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Park.

The property was pristine and was just as advertised. The kitchen was stocked better than ours at home! The host left excellent instructions for everything. We thouroghly enjoyed our visit, got in some good fishing and would stay in this home again without hesitation.

Booked for a family/friends trip and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the whole experience. The cabin was clean and WELL STOCKED. We cooked every day and spent HOURS and hours on the back deck listening to the river and fly fishing in the backyard. Perfect location and accommodations for our needs. Hesitate to recommend as strongly as I’d like to for fear that it’ll be all booked up the next time we travel!

This was a nice little property located on the river with a great view and conveniently located right next to town. The place was very clean. We had a great experience and would come back to visit again.

Our weekend getaway was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The neighborhood was so cute, the house was adorable and cozy! Our host was so amazing to work with! She went over and beyond and was very kind to us! I would recommend this place to anyone! We so much enjoyed this beautiful home and would stay here again the next time we are in Granby!! Great house for our family to enjoy time together after Christmas! Property manager was responsive to our needs and concerns.

My wife wanted one thing this year, to have a White Christmas with the kiddos in a cozy cabin location. The listing immediately pulled her in and upon actual arrival, it never disappointed. First off, communication with the owner was excellent, timely and very helpful. The cabin itself was very clean with much attention to detail we immediately noticed with even some holiday seasonal decor...loved it! They have more than enough linens, towels, etc. Everything smelled and looked very clean. We LOVED that they had Costco products (big family) for use in the restrooms, nice hand soaps and absolutely loved the care they clearly take of their property. This was exactly what was wanted for Christmas and absolutely granted the Christmas wish my wife and kids had. We loved everything about it and are already discussing future trips as as result. All week my wife and I kept reminding each other to be sure and review as it is always nice to find a great place and be sure to share with others as we rely on the same in our searches. Highly recommend this property and owner, you will not be disappointed!
