Beautiful surroundings. The host was amazing, great communication and very accommodating to our requests. She was welcoming! The room was clean, comfortable and cosy. It was decorated beautifully. The host was so thoughtful, she even had hot water bottles prepared for the harsh weather.

Good communication with landlady Katie and a lovely warm welcome. Very quiet location and Room is an old coach house conversion with large en-suite and huge very comfortable bed. Quality tea and coffee area with 'real milk' and shared with the other room. Local pub serves great 'British' food. Breakfast is served in the family's beautiful kitchen diner and was excellent. WiFi available but not used as the 5G network coverage is good.
Overall, a restful, comfortable place to stay and recharge and fully lived up to its 'Excellent' Booking rating.

Brilliant location for conferences in the midlands. It was a beautiful coach house which was really comfortable and quiet. breakfast was 10/10 delicious! Katie is a brilliant host and made our stay even better.

Great room, in the perfect location for us as we were dining at the local pub with friends.
Bed was comfortable, accommodation was clean and to our taste. Brilliant kitchenette downstairs if we had been staying more than one night.
We had the offer for breakfast (included in the price) however we both had early meetings so declined.

The room was very clean and quiet and supplied wifi and tv. Excellent shower and the bed was very comfortable which could be split into 2 singles if required. It was in a beautiful location and would certainly recommend it.

The location was perfect as we were attending a wedding nearby. Katie the host was so courteous & friendly. The full English breakfast was exceptional. Thank you Katie for your hospitality. Would definitely return.
