Highly recommend staying at the Amie house. The home was perfect in many ways. One of the Best features is the mosquito spray system. We never saw one bug while on the property. Home was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated.

This house was everything we could have hoped for and more! Clean, spacious, comfortable and in a great location. Easy access to the beach and plenty of beach accessories. The kitchen was perfect and made preparing family meals easy. Loved the pool area as it was a great spot to wind down after a day at the beach. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the upper deck. Nicole made the entire process easy and was very responsive to questions! One of our best family trips every!!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Walking distance to beach, sunsets from rooftop deck, and it has everything and anything you need for a fabulous vacation. I have stayed at many VRBO properties, this one takes the cake!

We so enjoyed our stay at the Amie house. It was so well stocked with the necessities for the kitchen and bathrooms as well. Plenty of pool toys, beach toys, chairs, etc. The beach is just a short walk, and the area was quiet. The rooftop deck was one of our favorite spots at night. Loved the bedding as well. Pillows were so comfortable. The young adults had a great time in the pool after a day at the beach. I would recommend this house. Nicole was a pleasure to work with and we had no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend the Amie house.

The house is just as beautiful as the pictures. It was very clean, comfortable and inviting. The owner had everything labeled such as light switches. She even left details on how to use the Roku television. My family and I had a wonderful time staying there. On the drive back home, my grandson even mentioned that he missed the beach house.

We had a lovely stay at the Amie house. The house is generously stocked with anything you could need including bathroom toiletries, coffee, cooking essentials, plenty of towels, beach equipment including a wagon, paddle boards, floats and sand toys, etc. we had an issue with the a/c and the owner and property manager were quick to remedy and fix. Proximity to the beach was easy and the pool and lanai area was so relaxing. The ping pong table entertained a family ping pong tournament and the rooftop deck hosted numerous sunset viewing parties. Thank you for sharing your special spot with our family.

Beautiful house and great location for a quite family vacation. Loved the pool especially for an evening swim. Offered great amenities! Our host Nicole was amazing. Loved how to was always available and quick to respond. Also, loved the gentle reminders she would send before and during our trip.

Our group of 4 adults and 2 toddlers had the best time at Amie House. The house was incredibly clean, well decorated, and had pretty much every amenity possible for us to enjoy our stay. The interior of the house was beautiful, but the backyard was definitely our favorite and where we spent most of our time. We loved the pool and the outside seating, grill, and tv area. There were lots of pool and beach toys to use during our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was only a short walk from the beach which we loved. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We only wish we were able to stay longer! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Anna Maria. We would love to go back.

My parents, sister, and teenage children stayed at Amie House for Spring Break this year. It’s a gorgeous home in an ideal location. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is just a short walk away. The home has absolutely everything you could ever need including beach toys, beach chairs, towels, pool floats, household products, and kitchen tools. We have been staying on AMI for vacation over the last several years and this is one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed! The manager and owner were very reapoyand easy to contact. Overall it was an amazing week! We will definitely return to Amie House again.

My family and I spent two wonderful weeks at The Amie House. It is a beautiful property (the fourth we have stayed at on AMI) supplied with everything you could want on a beach vacation, including the best stocked kitchen we have ever had in a rental. Dan the manager was incredibly responsive and helpful as was the owner, Nicole. We plan on returning next year!

Every aspect of our stay was perfect. The house is gorgeous, immaculate, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool is beautiful and kept at a perfect (warm) temperature. We felt very comfortable staying there with our son and daughter in law along with their two sons ages 4 and 7. The owner checked in with us several times to make sure our stay was going well. This was our first experience renting a home and we think it turned out much better than it would have had we stayed at a hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Amie House. We found it to be a perfect location on the island, quiet and relaxing. The house itself is extremely well outfitted with appliances, towels, beach equipment and entertainment options (TVs, paddle boards, bikes..). It feels like everything has been thought of. The pool is lovely and the balcony’s and roof deck have amazing views for sunset. We would love to come back again.

The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. My grandkids loved the bunk beds, each with a light and fan. There were also numerous beach and pool toys for them to use. The location was great, quiet area and easy walk to the beach. We spent most days at the beach, came back and washed off in the outdoor shower. Then swam in the pool or relaxed in the spa. Everyone wants to return next year.

We came for Christmas with my family of 5. The house was beautiful and luxurious! We were so close to town and the beach with so many possibilities. We really enjoyed the property and will definitely rent again!

This home and its location are perfect, beautiful, clean, organized and well equipped! The welcome basket, toiletries and condiment drawer were an added touch. The extra refrigerator and ice maker in the garage were helpful along with all the toys, games, bikes chairs, towels, high chair and the cordless vacuum. Morning coffee and sunsets were incredible on the rooftop deck. Communication with Goose and Gander Property Management & Nicole along with check in and check out were seamless. We were there for my daughters sunset wedding at Holmes beach and we couldn't have ordered a more perfect stay especially checking in 8 days after Hurricane Ian and only 2.5 days after power was restored to the AMI. Thank you for all the memories!

My family group of 6 adults and a toddler loved the Amie House! Nicole was proactive with communication and promptly responded to messages. The property manager was pleasant and helpful when I called with a question after check-in. The home was gorgeous and thoughtfully stocked with lots of little extra touches. Just pack your toothbrush and swimsuit! We spent most of our time in the pool area and the shallow sun shelf area was perfect for our toddler. The fridge and icemaker on that level were very convenient. The roof deck had lovely views of sunrise and sunset. The beach was an easy walk away and the house included a wagon, chairs, and toys. The bikes are good quality and have locks too. We only wish we could've stayed longer! Don't hesitate to book this house!

The property is beautiful and is the most well furnished VRBO that we’ve ever stayed in. The host thought of everything to make our stay perfect!

This house is beautiful and well-equipped. The kitchen is open and stocked with so many items to make cooking a breeze. All amenities were of great quality and made our stay so enjoyable. The fridge in the garage, separate ice maker, towels, wagon, paddleboards, bikes, coolers, grill, pool and proximity to the beach could not be beat. Nicole (owner) was very responsive and provided instructions to make our stay great. We had minor issues with the bikes and she quickly had someone over to fix them within the hour. Each bedroom has its own full bath, which was great for privacy. The pool deck area is outstanding with covered spaces to allow for grilling, dining and lounging. Outstanding!! We will definitely be back!

We did a family trip (grandparents, grandkids, parents, aunt and uncle). The house was beautiful and in a great location on the north part of the island. The house was well appointed with lots of pool and beach toys, beach equipment, games and activities for around the house, as well as almost all of the day to day items we needed (soap, detergents, paper towels, TP, etc). The ice maker in the garage and the extra fridge in the garage ensured all of our refreshments would be cold during the hot July days. This was great because all we needed to do was enjoy our trip! There are many thoughtful touches like coasters at the bedside and nightlights in the halls, bedrooms, and bathrooms which are great if you’re used to having these little things in your own home (as I do LOL). There are even bike locks so you can take the bicycles out for breakfast in the morning. I have stayed at 2 other places on AMI and this one by far was the best! The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to and questions from our group. Definitely a great place to spend the week with enough stuff to keep a family of 8 busy, and enough space that we were all able to enjoy some peace and quiet too!

We have been to AMI three times now and this rental was by far the best. Best house, best pool set up, best location, best roof top view, best beach accommodations. Communication through the app was seamless. One recommendation I would give another renter is add a cintronella candle to your food order as mosquitos in the morning and night by the pool are present but by 11am they are gone as the day heats up. We would stay at this property again and recommend it. Cleanliness was given 4 stars as the pool was treated but never actually cleaned before we arrived or during the stay. The water was clean…just the bottom had sand collected (not from our group/sand was already there). Pool guy came a couple days in but never cleaned the sand out. And that is simply constructive criticism as the pool deck, setup, sun deck, hot tub is amazing.

They even had beach and pool toys for the kids (we had a 3 YO, 7 YO, 9 YO and 10 YO who kept busy all day in the home with everything they offered).
