The owners were very responsive prior to booking and during our stay. We asked the owners (before making our reservation) if we could check out two hours late on our final day to accommodate a fishing trip that morning and they kindly granted our request. I was a bit surprised that we were required to purchase insurance before we could book our stay, as we have never stayed in a VRBO in which it was mandatory, but they must have had some extensive damage from a previous renter to lead them to require it. There were people in the unit above us during our stay, but overall, it was a nice, clean, condo in a good location, with a deck on a canal and responsive owners.

This property was perfect for a getaway to Rockport. A great patio with nice views of Little Bay. We loved the location, cleanliness, and comfortable furnishings. We will be staying here again!

Stayed in this condo as a family of five with little ones over Spring Break. The complex was so quiet and peaceful and the condo was clean and well equipped with everything you would need to be comfortable. We loved the back porch/deck and spent a lot of time fishing off the docks. Great and accommodating hosts too!

Our accommodations were very good and had everything we needed. The host is outstanding and a sense of humor. It was the best location for the 4th of July fireworks. Recommend if you have a boat to bring it. Plan on returning even if it is the misses and I.

Property was as represented on website. The condo is very centrally located and convenient to restaurants, shopping, beach, etc.. The large patio is a great feature to the property and beautiful view of the bay.

Beautiful condo perfect for a fishing trip. Condo is on the water- very relaxing , with everything you need for a perfect stay. Close to everything! Amazing host! Definitely will be back !

Easy to find. Really nice but wish it had better fishing ie. like a pier. Only fishing on canal.

the amazing first floor view of the water fills the main rooms... beyond lovely. everything about the place was fresh, spacious and clean ... the three of us couldn't come up with a single shortcoming except, there wasn't a mixing bowl in the well equipped kitchen. that we cooked in every night. really good experience

We had originally book the weekend of the freeze of 1921. Kenny was most kind to reschedule for us. We arrived with my sister and her husband and 2 boats. We didn't have much luck fishing in the boats but we really enjoyed fishing off the dock. Our only regret is that we were not staying longer. Your home is very comfortable and it is very peaceful looking out over the water. It was nice meeting the owners. Kenny works hard to make sure his guests enjoy their stay. We will be coming back!

The condo was a great place to stay in Rockport. Kenny was a terrific owner and communicated quickly and efficiently. There was construction happening across the deck from us but there was still a great view of the little bay. Rockport is a great getaway and this condo is a great spot to stay.

Wanted to get away for a peaceful birthday weekend during Covid chaos. This was the perfect place for it! The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular reminders of what's really important. Condo was newly renovated and very comfortable. Neighbors were very friendly. Terrific location!
