Beautifully renovated B&B with cleverly themed rooms, just a few minutes walk from Bergerac's historical centre with all the amenties you could want and more! Jean Marie and Sylvie are the perfect hosts, from collection to and from airport for a small fee to delicious breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the pool at your convenience, nothing is too much trouble. Relaxing summer afternoons/evenings spent by the pool after a stroll around Bergerac or a short train ride to stunning Sarlat and Bordeaux, socialising with other guests and our hosts on the terrace (not forgetting Oki their wonderful doggie who loves the company also!) Such a wonderful memorable trip, we didn't want to leave.

Jean Marie and Sylvie plus their calm and friendly dog Oki provided us a wonderful stay. Their home is beautiful with comfortable spacious rooms and lovely details. They are warm hosts and spent time to chat, give us advice on local sites and listened carefully to food preferences. They made us feel very welcomed. The location was also good-not too far to walk to the local areas or to transport.

Jean Marie & Sylvie were absolutely fantastic hosts - collecting us from the airport, helping order us taxis, recommending brilliant restaurants and lending us bikes to cycle around! They really couldn't have done anymore. The location is close to town so you can walk in; our rooms were stunning, beds very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and plenty of space. The gardens are beautiful - so nice to relax and go in the pool Our stay really was perfect - would definitely recommend!

Silvie and Jean Marie are remarkable hosts! They have anticipated travellers every need. I love Bergerac is the most wonderful B&B we have ever experienced. They have traveled extensively and decorated the home with fabulous pieces of art. Each room has a theme and is decorated accordingly. The breakfast table allowed us to visit with both our hosts and other travelers while enjoying coffee, juice, croissants, bread cheese and ham, yogurt and various toppings. It was a delightful experience and we were very sad to have to leave.

The breakfast was superb. Sylvie and Jean were excellent hosts. The rooms were perfect. The decor was quirky with thoughtful additions from their travels. Great bathroom. Pool and garden is a lovely setting. Okey the dog is fab and friendly. Location was great. A quiet area 5 min walk to old town centre.

Our hosts Jean and Sylvie were friendly, very helpful and hospitable. This is a beautiful house which has been lovingly and interestingly restored. It is situated close to the old town and plenty of good restaurants. We loved lazing on the lawn by the pool. We would certainly stay here again. Karen and Jerry.

A truly exceptional experience. From my very first text message to Sylvie to the final wave off at the airport from Jean Marie, it was clear that this lovely couple want you to really enjoy your stay. Their house is quite simply stunning - so beautifully restored and the decor tasteful and unique. Breakfasts were convivial affairs shared around the kitchen table with other guests, a really pleasant way to start each day. Location was perfect a few minutes walk to the old town area of Bergerac. We had three fantastic meals out at Le Vin Quatre, L’imparfait and on our last day Le Bistro d’en Face. As the weather was not very kind we decided to take the train to Bordeaux one day - very easy to do - a great decision it is an amazing city - fine architecture, museums and great shops, felt like a mini Paris! I have returned home already planning my next visit to I Love Bergerac - what better a recommendation. Thank you again Sylvie and Jean Marie

This is a beautiful home, comfortable and stylishly furnished, great bed, shower, gardens and pool, very quiet but super close to bergerac, a real French experience. Fabulously friendly and knowledgeable owners who clearly take such pride in their home, nothing is too much trouble, Jean Marie and Sylvie were so welcoming and kind to us, thanks for the razor and Belgian beer we loved meeting you.

We liked everything about 'I Love Bergerac'. There was nothing not to like.

The location is excellent, two minutes from the old town. The room was spacious, clean and attractively decorated with a beautiful bathroom en suite. Breakfast was plentiful and good, eaten outside in the sweet garden with another family. There was a small pool ideal for cooling down. The hosts were extremely welcoming and pleasant. Highly recommended.

What a gem this beautiful hotel is. Received a lovely warm, friendly welcome on arrival from the owners Sylvie and Jean Marie. Hotel is stunning, tastefully decorated and absolutely spotless. Great size bedroom, bed really comfy, lovely big shower in bathroom with lots of hot water, soft towels, good tv and wi-fi and a fab air conditioning unit. Garden and heated swimming pool lovely. Continental breakfast was plentiful and absolutely yummy. Great location, easy to park car on the street outside the hotel, very safe area, less than 10mins walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend. Really enjoyed our stay.

An absolutely beatiful property close enough to the centre of Bergerac but also peaceful. The garden is such a lovely space to have breakfast or read or enjoy the pool. The hosts are fantastic, very welcoming and also made some suggestions for things to do which were spot on. Even the dog is fab- she knows her audience and was wonderfully patient and gentle with a very small child who was staying. Lovely breakfast too. A winner.

This is the best place in Bergerac to stay! The breakfast service was great. You never have to wait for food to arrive. The location is fantastic - 6 mins drive from the airport and 5-10 mins walk to some of the best restaurants in Bergerac like Euskadi, Le Saint James and l’imparfait. Jean Marie and Sylvie are highly organised, efficient, friendly and well travelled. I enjoyed hearing about their travels and seeing the joy they get from hosting people in their beautiful home. Their Belgian Shepherd ‘Oki’ is the friendliest and most well behaved dog I have even met. My two year old loved playing fetch with her and giving her hugs. We never heard her bark once the whole time (6 days) we were there. Our room was super comfortable with top quality bedding and you could regulate the temperature of the AC easily. The bathroom is roomy, modern, very clean and I loved the walk in shower. The artifacts give the room a lot of character and makes it that much more unique. The place is very quiet. We never heard any noise from our bedroom. There is a games room on the top floor where you can play foosball and other activities.
