The view from the hotel is simply gorgeous! There are beautiful small areas to sit/drink/eat, and a lot of care is invested in the gardens Having a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and a place for the kids to play soccer was great as well. We took a room that had 2 bedrooms, and the rooms are huge, there's really big closet

From a first glance, we were a bit disappointed by the resort, because we think the pictures on Booking, are misleading. In the photos, the place looks huge and with big pool and Jacuzzi, when in fact its really small, and narrow, on a very steep mountain, and since our room was at the top of the hill, and the dining room/pool etc were at the bottom, it was not easy to get from one point to the other - if you have young kids or disabled, you need to take that into consideration. The pool is very small, and I am not clear how/why they build the pool and Jacuzzi the way they did- its depressing: its located in a half small basement, you cannot see any of the beautiful view, and if you have more than 5 people in the pool, you can barely move. If you would like to play Tennis, Pool, you need to pay extra Its says in the description, there's a children Playroom, but in fact there are 2 things there and you need to pay for it. There was not additional activity for the families. In opposite to Villa Bran, that organized a lot for their guests/ The rooms do not have a fan or an AC. If we had come a week before, it would have been a nightmare= suffocating in the room during the summer. There's no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee, which is really basic! We had a refrigerator, but I understand you need to ask for it, and its not given, which is also not clear why. On one of the mornings there were mowing the grass at 8am. We came to rest. This was not an urgent work, and could have moved to a later hour. The breakfast was basic, the same each morning, and presented in a basic manner. It will be nice to have a better cook, and different varieties every morning. Last but not least, there is construction on the road from Bran to Fundata. Each time there's only 1 lane instead of 2, and you stand on the road for 20 minutes, waiting.

Beautiful views and great location, close to caves, hiking opportunities, Bran Castle, etc. Very convenient restaurant on site with great breakfast included, outdoor sport fields and indoor pool. The staff was very accommodating and helpful ( stayed after closing hours to wait for us for a late check in).

Locație excepțională, personal amabil, curățenie, cameră mare, super cald, micul dejun diversificat si bun, mi a plăcut mult de tot.

Nu prea mi-a plăcut mâncarea, cel puțin cele care conțineau carne de porc ...aveau un gust ciudat. .

Micul dejun a fost bogat si diversificat, iar locatia bine amplasata cu o priveliste minunata.

Nu este nimic de adaugat.

Curățenie, cameră spațioasă, mic dejun cu mâncare gustoasă și meniu diversificat, personal f.amabil.

Scările locației inconfortabil și chiar periculoase.

Peisajul e superb. Amenajarea exterioară foarte reușită, cu multe foișoare și balansoare. Săniuș lung, cu închiriere gratuită de sănii sau colaci pt zăpadă. Camerele suficient de mari pt o familie cu un copil mic. Mâncarea la restaurant bună atât micul de jun cât și restul meselor.

Apa din piscină foarte clorurată. Te ardea pe gât și te durea capul de la mirosul de clor, inclusiv copiii tușeau super tare. Spațiul interior de activități comune mi s-a părut mic raportat la capacitatea de cazare. O masă de biliard, una de ping-pong cu câteva mese aferente și un tv se ocupă imediat în weekend, dar compensează cu activitățile exterioare.

In cele 4 zile în care am stat nu s-a făcut curățenie. Camerele nu sunt dotate cu minifrigidere noroc ca aveam balcon și a fost rece afară. Apartamentele nu au balcoane. Noi am fost 7 famili. În baie curgea apa de la chiuveta, iar când intrai dacă nu erai atent puteai sa te accidentezi prin alunecare. Am chemat de la recepție pe cineva și a schimbat bateria. Usa de la camera avea butucul spart și nu se închidea. De asemenea a venit la sesizarea noastră și a schimbat cu o altă iala sa se poată închide. Piscina avea o cantitate foarte mare de clor, nu puteai să stai de mirosul puternic.
