Shower water supply is slow

The management suck they will trick the customer and blame customer existing default in their house. The toilet door cannot be open when we try to open it the door knob fell off and they charge us to replace the whole door saying we broken the door when its already broken at the first place! End up they didn’t return the deposit.This is how they scam people who stay there!! One of the employee there saying its common faulty happen there so this is obviously a scam to trick the customer. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The facilities are excellent and the rooms are larger than most of Ipoh. The check in and check out process was smooth. The host is very nice

Yes the property is clean and PIC is quite responsive. Can be more responsible.

Firstly the car park is far away from the homestay 2nd: the heater is function but you don’t get hot water it’s just warm. 3rd: the kitchen sink water outlet on the floor was leaking out from floor. And my mom slipped and fall. PIC offered to send plumber when I told her the next day but I don’t think it’s the time for them to do plumbing when I have my kids around. And she actually blamed us using too much soap and that’s why it’s leaking. 4th I actually loose the access card.The reason the transparent holder of the card is actually torn and yes definitely the card will drop. However the PIC still charges me RM 100 despite providing a faulty holder. 5th the place is neat but it’s actually dusty, me n my kids were continuously sneezing inside. The curtains and sofa needs spring cleaning.

Comfortable. Spacious. Great amenities and facilities. No complaints about the room.

No transparency about rules before making a booking payment. Once paid, then you realize there are a LOT of don'ts especially in the pool area. It's fair for the swimming attire but the pool time is limited, the activity is limited, cannot even proceed with cannonballs (kids getting warning by the security guard) They placed three security guards at the pool to watch you swim. Not great for leisure time.

Spacious, easy to find. Got swimming pool, gym room, outside the condo can find restaurant easily.

The aircon remote control is not functioning, late check in at 4pm because the room wasn’t ready. Bed sheets and blankets are dirty. Can see black black stains. A lot rules and regulations to follow.

It was very dirty. Pillow case and bed comforter were all dirty. Shelves was super dusty. Location is bad too.

High time to change the bed, especially middle bed room . You can feel uncomfortablet the spring reaction to your body movement . I hardly slept 2 hrs because of of verry bedd condition. You provide one flat pillow per person only

Very spacious as it is the entire house. Good for big family.

The water pressure is super low and the floor is not clean. No hairdryer in the entire house too.

Strategic location. Apartment quite spacious and suitable for big family. Clean too. Environment is calm and quiet. Applause to the safety and security team at the pool. Got netflix.

For unit A-2-13 that can fit up to 12 person, for me the kitchen appliances is quite limited.. they provide us Cuckoo water, microwave and fridge only. It is much more favourable if the mgmt can allow simple cooking using e.g. multipurpose electric cooker. Vacation with 12pax can cost a lot of money to eat outside for each mealtime. And normally when booking an apartment rather than a hotel room, we expect cooking is allowable. Same goes for crockery, it is limited and not fit to number of pax (max) for the apartment. Additionally, there’s no mug big enough to make 3in1 coffee/tea. You only provide us a small melamine cups big enough for Chinese tea. There’s Cuckoo easy to make hot drink, but how to make with such small cups. Jug also none. For bedding, maybe you can provide thicker blanket for single bed, same with queen size bed. So thin.

Everything was just perfect. Will come again and suggest to others. The refund of deposit was fast. Shocked me. Mamak shop Saddam just right Infront of the gate... 🤣. For less than RM300 it's too cheap for 5 adult....
