The property looks exactly like the photos. That’s amazing! The property is spacious at a great value. Also it was immaculately clean. It felt like home with supplies in the kitchen for cooking and dining, cleaning supplies if I need them, wonderful heating system, good entertainment options on the television. The location is a 10-15 minute drive from the huge mall in downtown Providence and other sites.

I liked the openness of the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Everything was super clean and comfortable. It was nice to have free off street parking. We stopped by and grabbed some groceries and cooked two meals in the kitchen, they had all the kitchen items we needed to cook our meals.

You can hear noises from the apartment above. It didn't bother us though. I know for some people that could really bother them but it really wasn't that bad.

Location is not bad.

Small parking area. Cooking smell from other apartments at night. Noise insulation is not idea. This is not a luxury apartment.
