Clean and well equipped. Property is located near a lot of Providence hotspots. Property owners communicated timely and provided good recommendations.

The property was really cute and served our needs well for the short stay we had there while dropping off our daughter at RISD. The host was amazing and the property information booklet was very helpful and well put together!

This was a wonderful getaway spot. My husband and I and our dog were here for a few days to explore Providence. The unit was clean and open with lots of space and lots of light. The rear deck was the highlight for us, particularly since there were no mosquitoes during our stay so we could easily wander in and out onto the deck from the kitchen and let in plenty of fresh air. The front side of the unit is on a fairly busy street, so there is definitely "city noise" at night (sirens, trucks, voices, music, etc.), so if you're a super sensitive sleeper, maybe take that into account or bring some earplugs. For me, it was actually comforting rather than disturbing, but to each his own. There was a wonderful bakery right on the opposite corner from the home that my husband very much enjoyed. Everything in Providence is easily accessible, I don't think anywhere we went required more than a 12 minute drive. The surrounding neighborhood is charming and the people friendly. Great place to walk our dog and enjoy the beautiful scenery. When we were there (this could, of course, have changed by the time you are reading this review) the information provided by the host as far as restaurants and dessert shops in the area was pretty out of date and most of the suggestions had either moved or closed, so be sure to Google for yourself before making plans. That said, the host was very responsive and sincerely accommodating, making for a highly enjoyable stay. Recommend!

Great location! Easy drive to Block Island and Newport. House was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive! Worth every penny we spent!

We had a lovely stay here, the place was as described and pictured. We had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The home is older and so there isn't much noise insulation. We could hear the apartment above us and the street traffic. I doubt this is avoidable at most places in Providence, however, since most of the homes seem to be from the same era. If this might bother you, bring a white noise machine and you should be fine!
