We booked this apartment for a business trip in June. The location of the apartment in proximity to the marina and centre of Cannes is great and enables to be in the middle of the town in 10-15 minutes. The apartment itself is large and comfortable with a extensive balcony which is great to either work on, relax or just enjoy the spectacular view. The facilities in the apartment were all good, the kitchen had everything we needed including a washing machine and dishwasher. The wi-fi connection was fast and totally reliable which we needed for working during the day.
I would highly recommend this apartment for either business or pleasure, the owners were very helpful and also offer a taxi service to and from Nice airport which is useful. Great apartment, great location.

Had a great time at Suzanne’s apartment. My family and I stayed for 10 days. Wonderful view. Close to city center. Walking distance to everything that we wanted to go to. Great host.

Perfect apartment for stating in Cannes
The place was great, the 360 balcony was a dream to be on in the hot evenings. I'll definitely stay again,

Fabulous apartment and host!
We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The views from the wraparound balcony are incredible and there is lots of furniture for sitting out, dining and enjoying the scenery from the ocean to mountains.
The bedrooms were large and comfortable with individual AC controlled in each, plus automatic shades on the windows and sliding glass doors to lower for sleeping :)
The apartment is a quick and easy 5-10 minute walk to train, town, beach or Palais.
The host was also wonderful - she answered all of our questions quickly and took care of everything we needed. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Cannes!
