This home is perfect! Everything is top of the line. The furniture and beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had beautiful cookware and every gadget you could possibly need. The gated community is quiet and safe and close to grocery stores, restaurants and more. We could barely drag ourselves away from the gorgeous pool! The water was warm and the pool is in the sun all afternoon. When you want a break from the sun there is plenty of room to sit on the patio. Our whole experience at this beautiful house was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. We will certainly return in the future! Thank you Sean and Susan!!

We came down for bike week. It was very quiet. Large enough for 8 of us. Stocked with everything we needed. Susan was wonderful. She answered everything we needed everytime! Had a little problem with the tv but she said she will have it taken care of by the next time we come. Have it booked again for next year we loved it so much! Oh and the pool was amazing!!

What a wonderful vacation for our family!! This is a beautiful and very, very clean home! It was thoroughly stocked with everything you could ever need. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe, and so close to Publix, Walgreens, restaurants, and shopping. The beaches are very close, and an hour to St. Augustine if you want to do something different. The pool was spectacular, and the owner, Susan, made sure it was warm enough for us to truly enjoy it. Susan was so helpful and responsive to any questions that arose. We’ve stayed in many beach vacation homes, but this was truly our favorite! We would definitely come back again!! We left on Sunday before Hurricane Ian hit. Our thoughts and prayers are with all in Florida who were impacted.

This house was exactly as stated!!!! It was truly home away from home. We were comfortable, safe and well equipped. You name it this house had it. Susan was super fantastic from the first email to the last. So close to the beach and the pool area was perfect!!! At first we thought it would be a challenge to not have a TV in the bedrooms but nope didn't miss it at all. I will be booking again in the future for sure!! The kids and I had a wonderful stay and Susan was excellent at responding to any questions along with keeping us abreast of any schedule of lawn service etc. The home had many of the basic supplies in the kitchen which was also fully stocked with all our cookware. Recommend this home to all!

The house is even better than the pictures and the owners are absolutely amazing and easy to work with. My 2 kids and I stayed for the week and never once got bored…. Between the pool, beautiful home and only being 15 minutes from downtown…. It was absolutely perfect! You get this amazing feel of a secluded cabin somewhere due to the private, gated community but then in reality you’re only a 15 minute drive away from any and everything you could possibly imagine doing.

The home is very clean, has a well stocked kitchen, and an incredible pool area. We swam all day and toasted s'mores at night over the fire pit. Plenty of seating inside and outside for the family. It's a gated community with a playground and friendly neighbors. And it's only a short drive to the beaches. We had an incredible stay (2nd year staying here).

Great location great home

We were 4 couples staying at this home and we rode motorcycles all week. Great location and fabulous house. Susan and Sean are very accommodating and welcoming. Our forth time staying in the Spruce Creek community. Best experience yet and will stay here again. Thank you Susan and Sean, was nice meeting you as well!

The property is located in an awesome fly-in community with its own country club. So the gated community has an amazing landscape and is very well maintained. Its small airport adds that fun element for young kids. Downwind cafe was a great place to grab NY-style pizzas. This property is 30 mins from the good beaches of Ormond or New Smyrna. We had underestimated the time to beaches so we had to account for that in planning. Beaches are nearby distance-wise but high traffic and low-speed limits mean it is a good 30-40 mins drive to get there. We didn't have any issues once we handled the expectation with the kids. The property itself is outstanding. Clean home with an amazing pool that is well maintained. Bedrooms are a great size so we were very comfortable. The pool is a lot of fun especially with a large area for adults to sit nearby and cook on the grill or have a coffee/drinks as kids played. The property owner is great and was very responsive to our questions and needs. We needed propane tanks as they were empty. She managed to get them replaced quickly. We would love to stay here again. Will be hopefully back next spring.

Rental process was a breeze! Susan was a wonderful host- answered messages promptly and very accommodating. Property was immaculate and ready for enjoyment.

We enjoyed this property for 10 days during Daytona bike week with my wife and I as well as another couple. The home is spacious and the master suite and other bedrooms are at opposite ends of the home giving a nice level of separation and some privacy. Each area also has open and easy access to the back porch and the pool!! My only personal notes, which are not complaints, but maybe “tips”… - There are no TVs in any other the bedrooms, the only TV in the home is in the living room. -This is a gated community, so make sure to get a property map from the guard shack and familiarize yourself with the fact that there are 2 gates and that one of which is locked at night… Susan and Sean are extremely responsive and helpful for anything you need, the communication was excellent!!

We stayed at this property from February 5 - March 5, 2022. The listing in VRBO is impressive, but doesn't even begin to convey how truly wonderful this property is. The home itself is lovely, spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated, well cared for and meticulous. It is well stocked with all necessary appliances, kitchen utensils and cooking needs (spices, pans, etc.), cleaning supplies, health and beauty supplies (soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, hair product), and paper/plastic (napkins, paper towels,, storage bags, trash bags, paper plates, tissues, etc.) in addition to linens. We enjoyed the good-sized heated pool, gas fire pit, and spacious and covered lanai on a daily basis. The neighborhood is quiet, secure, and well maintained. The people living in the community are extremely friendly and warm. We immediately were welcomed and assisted by any and all neighbors we encountered. Every Friday evening, members of the community gather together to enjoy an air show put on by residents. It is a fun social event as well as a spectacular air show! Most importantly, the owners, Susan and Sean, are two of the kindest, most friendly, attentive, and accommodating people you can know, never mind rent from.
