This condo is amazing. Check in process was super easy. It was clean. Had everything you needed from the get go. And the view and sounds of the waves on the ocean. So mesmerizing. You see why they call it was rolling or crashing in.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was perfect and very comfortable. It felt like home! Beds were so comfortable as was the living areas and amazing balconies. Beautiful kitchen fully equipped. Having an in unit washer dryer was wonderful and Robyn includes beach chairs, umbrella and even beach towels for you use! This was perfect for our family and we hope to return. Wonderful, wonderful!!

Everything was so wonderful during our stay. The condo is clean, it was spacious for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids, the furniture was cozy, the view was lovely on both sides of the condo (loved that), everything we needed was provided. Very thoughtful touches to make our stay worry-free and relaxing! Robyn was great at communicating and helping with recommendations on things to do and see on the island. We hope to be back to visit soon!

I cannot recommend this condo enough. It is a stunning property with high standards for cleanliness, and Robyn was excellent at every turn (from restaurant recommendations to answering logistical questions). The pool and other amenities were also fantastic. We stayed mid September, and it was not busy at all. Perfect for families with young children. Looking forward to coming back!

Nice, clean condo and large enough for 5 sisters that like to hang out and cook! The stairs were a good workout but without a real issue for us seniors. The VRBO host gave us great information about the area and checked in with us a few times. Fun time!

There were so many little extras included such as soap, garbage bags, snacks, etc. We had a wonderful time with our family! Only thing missing was an elevator. Four flights of stairs was tough!

The property owner Robyn, was great! Kept in contact through the booking process and arrival. Everything was ready when we arrived. Starter supplies were great. With linens! Awesome! One issue was taking care of with in a day. Really wasn’t even a problem. Floors do get sandy being on the beach. Room is on third floor so nice and quite. Not any foot traffic noise. Nice family location. But it is a little drive from surf city. Overall we had great weather and wonderful accommodations.! Thanks so much for everything !

Renting this property was easy. Robyn communicated everything we needed. She responded when we called and texted almost immediately. The little extras (starter pack) she provided helped so much. and Having beach chairs, beach towels, linens and bath towels on site made packing for our week so easy!

Just got back from our week family vacation and it was great. It is a great place for a family who has little ones. We’re we stayed was great. We had everything we needed there even got to get in a little early. Owners communicated with us about everything we needed to do and told us to let them know if we needed anything. Great people. We had everything we needed in the condo.

This was a lovely condo to spend the week at the beach family; it had everything we needed for cooking at home and going to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the place was CLEAN, which is so important to making a guest feel welcome. I appreciated the easy communication from the owner! I would stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay. The property owner was so kind and helpful from the start. With a list of local activities and eateries to a welcome letter and checking in on us to make sure everything was to our liking. They have thought of everything you may need during your beach stay. This condo is even more beautiful in person and so comfortable. I took my Mom, daughter (11), and nephew (18). We all had a relaxing and fun week. If you and your family are looking for a calm beach week to connect and refresh this place is a must! We will definitely be booking this place in the future.

This rental was by far one of the most stocked and well thought out units by an owner. Even the small details were taken care of including plenty of utensils, kitchen appliances, and cleaning supplies as well as any items you would want for the beach. Location was very quiet and not crowded at all during a holiday week. Robyn was very attentive and responsive. We definitely recommend this unit!

We have zero complaints about Robyn and her home. My husband, teenage stepdaughter and her friend visited Robyn's home in early April for spring break. I don't think the pictures do it justice. Everything is perfect and the view out the main windows and from the deck is amazing. The condo was very spacious and tastefully decorated. It's great she provides linens, towels, etc. I think what we appreciated most was the kitchen amenities. We've been to so many locations that don't include the very basics and Robyn's kitchen was stocked to allow us to save a little money by cooking some of our own meals with all of the necessary utensils, cookware, and leftover containers. Instacart is readily available for grocery delivery. The walk down to the beach is so quick and easy. In April, it was the perfect temperature and not too crowded. Robyn was communicative and helpful from the very beginning. She offered so many helpful tips and suggestions for the area to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We visited the Sea Turtle Hospital that was great and educational for the girls. Highly recommend taking the short drive down to Surf City. We loved Fancy Sushi Asian Fusion - classic specialty rolls and absolutely delicious. We will absolutely come back! We would highly recommend Robyn and her condo to anyone.

Beautiful property and owners were great to work with. Everything was as advertised. I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and that the "little things" (e.g., soap, a starter garbage bag, condiments, spices, cooking oil, toilet paper, etc.) were provided so we could settle quickly into our stay without doing a ton of shopping. We will hopefully be back in the future for a longer stay!

This was my family’s first time visiting North Topsail and we are so happy we chose this location and this beautiful condo for our stay. The pictures do not do the condo or the beachfront views justice. They are both stunning! The condo is nicely stocked with all of the necessities and the beds were super comfy. We slept like babies all week. The host, Robyn was very responsive and kind. We cannot wait to return.

Was the most amazing time. This place was so clean and close to our Venue. It had everything we needed. I would give this a 10 Star if I could.

We had a great time. Loved the property. The only thing we had an issue with was the light was out in both bathrooms. We also had trouble getting the TV to work in the master bedroom. Otherwise we loved the place.

My family and I enjoyed staying in this condo for a week of fabulous ocean views, beach/pool access. You can’t beat being able to walk directly out to the beach. We were comfortable and appreciated the washer/dryer, full updated kitchen, balcony and screened porch. The condo met our standards of cleanliness, however bedrooms were small with limited storage space for our belongings.

We have vacationed in Topsail Beach for several years, and stayed in Topsail Dunes each time. Robyn’s place is beautifully renovated, and we loved it. She was very kind and attentive. The property was clean, and most importantly, the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at Topsail Dunes for the last 5 years but this was our first stay at Robyn’s place. She is the most attentive owner and her property was exactly as described. She has thought of everything to make sure that her guests have an amazing get away! We would love to come back!

Lovely and extremely clean property. Everything we needed for a relaxing family trip to the beach. The owner was readily available and very helpful throughout our stay. Everyone agreed that they would enjoy going back for another visit.

Homey and comfortable, we enjoyed our condo, its front screened in veranda facing the intercostal and the high balcony with a perfect view of the ocean. We enjoyed the quiet of North Topsail and our hosts were helpful and made sure we knew how to find everything we needed during our stay. So hard to leave after a beautiful, relaxing week.

Great property -- extraordinarily clean and equipped. It was everything we needed.
