This property is so well maintained and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need or want. I appreciated the garage parking, fully stocked kitchen, and the little touches they put into this home, right down to the throw blankets for watching a movie on the couch. Honestly, I cant think of one negative thing about it. We will definitely return.

Cannot say enough about how great the place was! We have family in Black Mountain and sometimes rentals are not exactly as pictured. This was better!
So many small touches. Fabulous master BR. Sweet backyard where we played a couple games each night. Liked it so much, I was literally looking at rental properties to buy. Will try and stay here every time we are in town!

This cozy, new condo is perfect for a stay in Black Mountain! The condo is just as the pictures present and everything is comfortable and user friendly. So many nice touches and details! Will stay here again when I visit Black Mountain!

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home and touring Asheville/ Black Mountain with our 3 adult kids. Brian and Shelby did a great job communicating with us and responding to our questions. Our visit was delightful, and we look forward to returning here sometime soon!

The accommodations were lovely, well-cared for, and welcoming. A storm blew by resulting in a minor electrical issue. The host was immediately responsive and we quickly worked out how to fix it. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family came to Black Mountain for Thanksgiving. Our Grandparents live there and we needed additional room for everyone to stay! The location was perfect, and there was lots of room for everyone.

The sweet birch retreat is by far the best property we have visited. The pictures do not do it justice, and the amenities are plentiful. We were centrally located to all of the activities that were both planned and unplanned. We ate dinner the first night in town, at My Father’s pizza, visited the Biltmore, Sandy Bottom Trail Rides, and Stepp’s Hillcrest apple orchard. We had a fantastic vacation and look forward to returning to this beautiful home and area!

Very convenient to all events for my granddaughters wedding. Comfortable beds. Would liked better / thicker sheets. Towels great. Welcome basket wonderful, full coffee bar. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed in the kitchen.Beautifully furnished. Quiet very nice neighborhood. Five star quality, I’m just fussy about sheets and towels. Once you try the Biltmore sheets there is no going back!!

Quiet new neighborhood, very convenient to grocery, downtown Black Mountain and interstate. The luxury townhome felt more spacious than the pictures appear and all furnishings were top quality. Very well stocked with supplies. Comfortable private porch with view of fence and small yard (can hear some traffic near fence). Overall, a lovely place for our siblings get together.
Many (17) stairs to 2nd floor, NOT for people who have trouble with stairs! Beware of the bottom step which is hard to see & easy to miss. There is no mountain view from the home.

Enjoyed the stay! Hope to come again. We used the community grill and community gas fire pit, both were new and clean. The townhome had baby gates and bunk
beds, ideal for kids. The master closet was big enough to setup a pack n play, which worked well for our youngest. Chimney Rock State Park was a good idea, accommodating all ages with elevator or stairs to the top.

This was a three generation girls trip (grandma, mom, daughter) and this place was perfect for us to stay at. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean and nice. The Black Mountain downtown area was also a great place to shop and walk around. Definitely recommend this area and the house to anyone looking for a place to stay in North Carolina!

Well everything was great. 5 stars all the way around.
Would recommend a few things for added comfort but not necessary…bathroom rugs, ground coffee or add to listing that only pods will be available, ottoman or coffee table for living area in front of TV!
Clearly, we didn’t need these things for a great stay but wanted to list things we mentioned to each other during the stay.

Beautiful accommodations! This rental has everything you could ask for and more. From a welcome basket to hand soaps in the bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable, the master suite was gorgeous. Dual coffee pot with assorted pods. The most fully equipped kitchen I have found in a rental. High end dishes, pots and pans and a gas stove! We would have loved one more comfortable chair in the living room. We enjoyed our 5 days in this beautiful home.
