El hostal está reformado, es muy bonito y su ubicación es buena.

Aunque tiene ventanas que aislan del ruido de la calle, no hay aislamiento acústico interno, entre las paredes, y se oye todo lo del vecino. Tampoco me gustó que la recepción siempre estuviera sin personal.

The location was superb and the facilities were modern, clean and comfortable.

We had booked through booking.com and they had provided us with a code for the door which did not allow us to gain entry to the property even though we had arrived at the stated time. We had to call the administrator and a lady turned up to let us in. She explained that the code is changed weekly and she provided the relevant number for that week. We feel that the hostal should be aware of the information being provided by booking.com and that they should liaise on this to provide a smoother check-in procedure. Our other main disappointment was that, although the website included photos of the pool, we were informed that it was only the ground floor room that had use of it. We don't know if this was our oversight when viewing the website or whether it was left a little ambiguous to attract more customers, but either way we feel it should be very clearly stated in the general description of the hostal facilities, before you get to the actual booking stage, that this is the case. This was the main disappointment which affected what otherwise was a very positive experience and that could make us consider seeking alternative accommodation if we return to Nerja in the future; rather than automatically making a second booking without hesitation.

Good location, lovely, modern, clean building. Linens and towels clean and fresh. Fab rain shower. It also has a fabulous roof terrace and great air conditioning.

Rarely anyone on reception. Keypad to enter main building. Had to wait outside with another guest to check in and checking out, told to leave the key in the room. No kettle in rooms anymore, though Ana did get me one when asked. If you need an iron, apparently they only have one for the whole building, so you may have to wait a day or two. Not a double bed as advertised, two singles pushed together. Instructions how to use the safe are incorrect.

Exceptional everything was perfect, definitely above and beyond hostel style standards.. location was spot on beside bus stops and few steps to the main area.

Excellent rooftop rooms were new, included everything u would need, perfect for getting a bus and excellent for reaching the center in just a few minutes.. highly recommended

modern bright with a very comfortable bed . a bonus that it has a kettle and fridge . spotlessly clean with towels and bedding changed daily if required . we love the room with a terrace and comfy outdoor chairs .
