I'm always hesitant to highly recommend a great VRBO property because I know it will increase demand and costs LOL but Jon's Fraser Family Cabin is phenomenal. It was modern, completely clean to the microscopic level upon our arrival, and so very cozy for all of our family members. We had plenty of space and it was so relaxing and easy to be either resting or together at any given time. The hot tub was perfect and the views were beautiful, especially in the morning and at night. We saw a coyote run past the dining room window right before dark while playing cards (it was running to the meadow across the drive), the Fraser river public access is nearby, and so is the Safeway grocery. Just minutes to Winter Park and about 30 minutes to the Upper Colorado (yes, we did plenty of skiing AND some fly fishing). Jon was extremely quick to respond and he was also understandably protective of his property as there were easy rules to follow like keeping the garage door down when not in use. Please make sure to remember that this is someone's special place and look out for Jon and his family's wonderful "cabin" in Fraser so I can come back to it again some day!

We had a great stay at this property. Very clean and well appointed. Bathrooms in every room was a huge plus. Kids enjoyed the little sledding hill nearby as well. For the times we were not skiing, this was a great place to hang out with family, play cards, and take in a couple movies. We will be renting again. Thanks for great stay.

A lot of room for 6 adults. Each bedroom had a bathroom, hot tub outside of the living room. 20 minutes to Mary Jane ski resort. Use of the garage.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. It is very centrally located, with easy access to Winter Park and to Fraser. The house is clean and new and very nice. The king bed in the master was a little hard for our comfort - but we like a soft mattress, so that's just personal preference. Overall, we had a great stay.

Beautiful house. Has everything you would need. All bedrooms have bathrooms. Great space for our family. I highly recommend this home to others.

Very nice house! Property manager was excellent. Loved the hot tub. This would be ideal for large families as every bedroom has its own bath and TV. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was exactly what we were looking for! Wonderful space to get our families together for a long weekend. Bonus - each room has its own private bathroom. Absolutely recommend this home to others!

My whole trip was great no problem. Host was wonderful even help me find things to do. House was very clean. Have everything you need to enjoy your trip. Love waking up to snow. Definitely will stay again

We had a wonderful time and the house was great. Jon was the perfect host and was a great help with our trip. He was always available when needed and made the whole process painless. We loved the house - especially the kitchen and hot tub. We won't hesitate to stay there again.
