The house was beautiful, decor was tops and the rooms are comfortable. Big enough for all of us and cozy as well during the cold nights. The caretaker was friendly. The house was clean and pool and yard were immaculate

The cameras inside the house were a bit uncomfortable.Being shaperoned like we are school children. The fact the caretakers and owner can just waltz in the house without informing us, was upsetting to some of my friends.We didn't have any sense of privacy. The water situation at the house made our stay a bit uncomfortable. We felt like we should tip toe around cause we being watched.

The steep incline couldn't get the car up the driveway. With the heavy rains the house was flooding in the dining room next to the kitchen.

The garage down could fit the vw T6 kombi.

We loved the space, the cleanliness and the privacy. We loved that the house catered for us the parents and our kids. The house was easily accessible from the main roads and close to amenities that we wanted.

There was not much to not like, except that the common room tv's only started working later in our stay. Also could the hosts please make use of the swimming pool cover/net such that we open it when we want to use it especially when there are children amongst the guests.

The pictures dont do justice to the house. It's such a wonderful and beautiful house. The view was lovely. Everything is classy inside the house . The staff was very friendly.

The venue is old with a musty wet dog smell throughout the entire house. The pictures of the house on the website are very deceiving. There is water leaks from the ceilings. Walls are damp and the paint is bubbling. On the first night there was no hot water so we couldn't have a shower at all. The main access doors are a nightmare to open or close because the doors keep getting jammed. We felt unsafe on the premises because of the easy access to the house from the garage at the bottom which had no door. The access door to the house from inside the garage was secured with a piece of string. The garage is used as a storage facility for a whole lot of stuff so parking our vehicle in there was impossible. Some air-conditioning doesn't work like in the main lounge and some rooms. The one room upstairs had no electricity to the plug points. In the 3 nights we spent there the bathing towels were never replaced which meant we had to wash the towels after every use. The pool was dirty, I had to clean the pool before we used it. The venue listing clearly states that there is DSTV but there was nothing! Overall for price paid it was an awful weekend! I have booked a few venues down the South Coast before and this place is by far was the worst. I really don't know how Booking.com partners with such a venue. Does Booking.com not verify these properties before listing them?

I like how the house was so massive, clean and we all had our private ensuits with our 5 bedrooms. The host was so welcoming and sweet she even did a breakfast table setting for us with her staff.

I think the owner can add wifi to the home and it would really literally be heaven!
