Good place for trips to Ljubljana

it is very pretty and the beds are comfortable, and the hosts are nice, the parking space is great. the supermarket is right next door.

The apartment is not very practical, the two rooms are not two rooms it’s one big space with a connecting window that does not close between them. And the shower is not practical nothing stops the water, we had only one toilet paper roll for 3 days for two people and when asked for more we were advised we will get more but never did. There are no amenities in the apartment for use not even salt or oil for cooking, it’s almost like the apartment is just to look pretty and not to be used. Like a barbie house.

The apartment is well designed. The kitchen is equipped with all tools you need. There is plenty of parking spaces near the building.

One of the rooms in the red king apartment does not have a window nor air conditioner. No fresh air in this room. There is only one air conditioner in the whole apartment. No any coffee or tea provided. No paper towels in the kitchen. No housekeeping was provided despite the clear description that daily housekeeping must be provided. The towels were not replaced, the trash bin was not emptied during the whole stay. Only ONE roll of toilet paper was provided for 5 persons for 5 nights. When asked for more paper we were advised to go to the nearest supermarket. The capsules for dishwasher and washing machine were provided after request. They said that they would send me the receipt to my mail, but it was never received. Sorry, but cannot rate more than 6 for this service.

Great location if you're travelling by car, close to the ring road with easy access to day trip destinations like Postojna cave and Lake Bled. - Lots of parking spaces in the lot next to the apartment building. - Nicely decorated apartment with fully equipped kitchen. - Comfortable beds. - Shades provide full darkness even after sunrise.

The provided sheets for the sofa were too small. - Cleanliness in the apartment can be improved. - Our windows were facing a busy road and the noises from it start to get disturbing around 7 am. Minor issues in the bathroom: - There was only one floor standing hanger for towels which was quite uncomfortable and not enough for three people. - The bathroom fan was not working. - The bathroom sink was clogged and it was draining very slow. - There was unpleasant smell coming from the drains.

Very well equipped, spacious, new, clean room. Spacious bathroom. With washing machine, dishwasher. Room with balcony. Nice garden. Free parking. Nice staff. Not too far from the centre (if you drive).big supermarket next door.

Be aware of some mosquitoes (use air condition). My room is upstairs and because the ceiling is like an attic so mind your head for some low part of the ceiling. Only 1 bathroom with the toilet , a little bit inconvenient for our big group. The sofa is big but is not sofa bed so it’s a little bit inconvenient to sleep.

THe room was fine - nice bathroom - comfortable bed, kettle, fridge and sink which was useful as I was there to use as a base to search for somewhere to live (someone to Ljubljana for long term). Bus stop very close to get to the city.

The 'after service' - the towels need replacing - tatty, thin, grey and awful. I had no servicing of the room in the 6 days I was there - I had ask for clean towels. The only contact I ddi have was at 12.30 at night - knock on the door because there was a leak in another room. If they can do that. - they can visit the room intermittently and change the towels!
