Check in was good. Comfy bed. Clean facilities. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.
Was on the first floor. Not sure who or what was above but from 11 pm until 2 am it sounded like a WWE competition. The first night I let it slide. The 2nd I called 2 times to the front desk an nothing happened other than I could move to another room. Kinda think if parents have unruly kids. First of all parent your kids. Or place them on the 1st floor. Because it wasn't light running around. It was banging hard and loud for hours. Come on people. Stop being lazy. Take care of your kids so the rest of is don't have to suffer.

Expensive for the lack of amenities: no soap / no drinking water in room ? For $200 plus a night one would expect the basics/ no ability to refresh room for more than one night stay

No body wash, conditioner (bottles were empty), lotion in room. If you are going to use large bottles in the shower, you have to keep them full. Two towels. No tea in room. Breakfast wasn’t very good. No black teas. Obviously, they don’t restock until everything is gone.

our bathroom door was broken and looked to have been broken for a while. The shower leaked more than it should. poor design.the handle was completely hanging and unusable. Something I read indicated the property was newer than it seemed.

The design of the suites.
Bathroom was missing soap and the tissue box was empty. The free breakfast was underwhelming and the fridge in the room was way too small for a suite.

clean, convenient
the set up of the room. the glowing bathroom door facing the beds disrupts anyone asleep. no soap by sink, one usb port did not work, fridge is rather small for a suite. I came to realize that the rooms are probably meant to be Ada compliant, but the set up is not practical.

The heat/AC unit was right next to the bed aggravating allergies and blew cold air till it warmed up. It was COLD while we were in town.

The room was really nice and the bed was super comfortable. The shower was nice and so was the rest of the bathroom. Everything about the room/hotel was great.
The fact that the people upstairs literally walked like a heard of elephants, and also the fact that the kids in the room behind us/on the same floor were very noisy always running up and down the halls. Also someone was always banging on the walls making it hard to relax. As I said nothing about the hotel or room was off but some people really need to learn to control their crotch goblins.

Great value. The place was spotless! So quiet. Great neighborhood. LOVED the sofa bed/trundle bed! Perfect for our kids. They were comfy.
Tiny tiny thing.. bathroom door handle and lock weren't functioning properly but not was not a big deal at all.
