Sehr geschmackvoll modern eingerichtetes Appartement in ruhiger Lage mit viel Licht durch grosse Fenster in Küche u. Wohnbereich. Check in perfekt mit Code. Sehr sauber.

Es fehlen 2 Nachtischlampen zum Lesen am Abend und auch dezentes Licht in der Küche fehlte. Die Badtür war zum Schieben und dadurch nicht dicht zur Küche. ( 10cm Spalt, nicht angenehm)

Sauber, unkompliziert, ordentlich und stadtnah.

Les animaux sont acceptés mais l'appartement nest pas suffisamment insonorisé et du coup le passage dans le couloir qui mène aux appartements à fait aboyer notre chien ce qui nous a valu un SMS du propriétaire très déplaisant. Dans la nuit notre voisin a mis de la musique jusque tard dans la nuit ce qui nous à empêcher de dormir...c'est alors que nous avons décider d'écourter notre séjour dans cet appartement. Il n'avait pas de torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle, pas de balai , pas de sac poubelle, la conceptionde la douche est tellementmauvaise qu'elle occasionné des débordements...décevant !

Objekt bardzo ladny, czysty, dobrze wyposazony i w dobrej lokalizacji. Bardzo mila wlascicielka! Napewno nie raz tam wrocimy....

Апартаменты очень просторные, чистые и красивые. Было очень тихо и спокойно. До набережной около 15 минут пешком. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда: кастрюли, сковорода, тарелки и многое другое. Кофе в капсулах и фруктовый чай. В коридоре даже есть гладильная доска и утюг. Однозначно рекомендую всем

Чай был только фруктовый. Не было чёрного или зелёного. Было бы супер, если бы добавили ещё и такой на выбор :)

Das Haus ist sehr zentral in der Nähe der Neiße, wo man wunderbar zwischen polnischer und deutscher Seite wechseln kann. Das Haus hat alles, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bei Problemen ist immer jemand erreichbar. Wir werden gern wieder buchen! :-)

Einige Schränke in der Küche wurden schon länger nicht gesäubert, besonders dort, wo Lebensmittel drin sind.

I would prefer more privacy - the owners monitored the location quite intensely which was quite awkward and decreased the level of comfort during the stay. There was some construction or cleaning going on near the property so the noise level was quite high during the day. Investing in better quality towels would increase the comfort of stay.

Everything was great - the house is freshly renovated, top level of technology and a beautiful, large garden with a nice comfortable bench and table; the room is very spacious and beautifully equipped, with a very modern and practical design. Kitchen and bathroom very comfortable, all equipment was immediately available, from pots to a toaster, fridge and microwave, pots and all cutleries. I entered without any issues immediately via door code and then a key. I was able to leave my bicycle in the house. The owner (and her husband) and extremely kind and responsive, they were immediately there to help with any issue.

I booked this accommodation for my 5 colleagues and their 6 dogs. Moreover, I booked it again (on their way back). Great accommodation, has all amenities, beautiful quiet area, pleasant host (and communication with them). It was a comfortable check-in, without any problems. My friends are satisfied with absolutely everything! No flaws. Special thanks for the permission to live with so many dogs. I wish you success!

Everything was so great. As being refugees from Ukraine definitely would recommend it for someone who wants to get good rest after long Journey. We are family of 6, 3 adults and 3 kids, very spacious and comfortable. Great place to stay for up to 6 people. 2 double sofas in the living room and King size in bedroom. Fantastic apartment. We pay 70 euros

Perfect. It was no problem with coming late night. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The apartment was recommended by another family member and we (three of us) stayed there for one night. The conversations with the owners prior to our arrival were always very polite , helpful and they were very approachable when needed. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need, a great shower, cutlery, microwave, toaster and a small fridge.

Initially, we were surprised that one of us had to sleep on a sofa but it was comfortable enough, therefore this was not an issue/concern for us. Also, if you want to have a better sleep then consider taking your own pillow......
