The beach house was perfect for our combined family of 7, ages 9-60+. We enjoyed the pool and the house was spacious and super clean. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Courtney. The beach, shopping and other area attractions were only 5-10 minutes away with easy access. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here with friends and family. Host was very responsive. Answered within minutes of any message we sent. Helpful with any questions we had. When we had an issue with the dishwasher it was immediately addressed and rectified. I really felt like the owners cared about us and added to the quality of our stay. The property is located on a dead end culdesac and the landscaping (which was beautiful and well maintained) added additional privacy. Palm trees and bushes surround the pool area which creates a peaceful oasis perfect for relaxing! House easily accommodates larger groups with plenty of space and ample seating both indoors and out. The pool was amazing! Perfect temperature. Clean and well maintained. Pool maintenance person came out weekly. Recycling and garbage bins were large and reminders were sent from owner the night before to put them curbside. Having garage space was great too - we were able to store our paddle boards and beach gear. Mattresses were comfortable. Plenty of pillows and bedding as well as extra blankets. TV had many movie channels already set up including Hulu, etc. I was also able to log onto my Peacock account via the TV as well. I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. I would definitely return again!

The house is on a lovely street, is well kept and has a beautiful, heated pool. All the beds are firm so we bought a foam mattress topper which helped, and I would suggest to the homeowner to have some as an option for anyone that can't sleep on a firm mattress. Conveniently located to beaches and Ocean Dr. as well as supermarkets and stores. The couch was large and comfortable, and the homeowners provide Netflix, Hulu etc. which was wonderful. Bring your own beach chairs etc. as we only found one beach chair. The lounge chairs by the pool don't have cushions so I might suggest that as well. Also, a binder with the Wi Fi info, (I didn't see it anywhere and had to contact the manager) restaurant recommendations and beach access info would be appreciated. All in all, it was a very nice stay, and I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Vero Beach.

We enjoyed our stay and chance for our family to be together. Glad we were not planning to cook so we weren’t looking for spices, etc. A bit of a coffee and sugar supply would have been a great addition for our first morning after arrival. We left the supply that we bought. Great location!

We loved everything about this house, the neighborhood, the pool, etc... Clean, comfy and updated, we would be happy to stay here again!

The house was nice, landscape was pretty. No issues with anything in the house. The pool gradually went from shallow to deep which was nice. There was also a grill onsite that worked perfectly.

The home was in great shape and well maintained. Very quiet neighborhood. Could use a new front door mat an updated oven and new cookware. I would consider renting again .

overall a great experience. Pool needs a cleaning. One time wake up with neighbor vaccuuming his patio furniture at 0730. one comment: a short palm tree is rubbing against the screening.

We were impressed with the property. The layout of the property is ideal for hanging out with friends/family. The back patio if the pool was spacious.

The property was just as described. Large kitchen area great for cooking, but the master bathroom was the best. A couple lil issues but the owner was right on top of it. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at this house!! Great location, very quiet neighborhood and roughly 15-20 mins from any beach you want to visit. Checkin process super easy. Beds (and couch) were very comfortable. Pool and lanai were spacious and accommodating to our family of 5. New grill on lanai and new dryer. My only recommendation is that the kitchen could use some more pots/pans. We did leave a new beach umbrella and boogie board for the kids so hope someone enjoys it :). Overall just a really fantastic experience on the Treasure Coast and would definitely recommend and consider this property if we return to Vero Beach. Thank you for sharing your house with us, we really enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful and extremely clean house and pool. Convenient to entire area. Would come back in a heartbeat and would love to have something like this house when and if I retire.

Drew, is the best I booked this home back in March. Great Communication the entire time. I actually arrived intown early and was able to gain access and checkin a couple hours early! Communication was amazing! The house was beautiful, everything you need for a relaxing weekend was there. So much space. The pool was perfect! Yall I couldn't have asked for a better Home. Vero Beach is amazing I have Family there in town, so having an extra home on hand was perfect. The neighbors are super friendly, very welcoming. Anyone that books this home is gonna love it!! Definitely rebooking here soon!! Thanks again for Everything!

We loved this place! We had a 15 hour drive to this place(from a little town in Ky.) and I always worry about cleanliness but this place took all my worries away!...So clean, very well stocked with everything you will need for the stay, sitting out by the pool was so peaceful and beautiful landscape surrounding the house, and the property manager, Drew, was exceptional! If we’re ever near Vero Beach again, we will be back to this house!

Big home in a great (quiet) neighborhood with everything as advertised. Large bedrooms. Extremely comfortable mattresses. Large Lanai includes grill, table and lounging areas and a great pool. Property is meticulously maintained both inside and out. Every amenity included for a relaxing, enjoyable and easy stay. Quick and easy drive to some of the best beaches on Florida's Atlantic coast. Drew was a pleasure to work with. Checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Easy check-in and check-out process. We look forward to a return visit.

This home is in a nice neighborhood. It has an open layout of the kitchen and family room area and the adjoining pool deck. The communication and check in and out with the owner was easy.
