Holiday Home "La Lujancita" Close to Beach with Terrace, Ocean Views & Wi-Fi
A pocos pasos del paseo marítimo y de la playa de arena de Puerto del Carmen, la casa de vacaciones La Lujancita se encuentra en una zona céntrica pero tranquila e impresiona a sus huéspedes con su terraza y sus magníficas vistas al mar. La espaciosa casa con decoración de buen gusto consta de un salón con sofá cama (para una persona), un elegante comedor, una cocina bien equipada, 2 dormitorios (uno con 2 camas individuales), así como 2 baños y por lo tanto puede alojar a 5 personas. Los servicios adicionales incluyen Wi-Fi, ventiladores, televisión vía satélite, una cuna y una trona. En la zona exterior encontrará una terraza amueblada, orientada al sur, con maravillosas vistas al mar y cómodas tumbonas, donde podrá relajarse en las tardes cálidas con un buen libro. Además, hay una barbacoa y una mesa ideal para comer al aire libre. A pocos metros de la casa hay un supermercado y una pizzería, mientras que el romántico paseo marítimo, con su gran variedad de restaurantes, tiendas y bares, está a sólo 2 minutos a pie o 200 m de la puerta de su casa. Aquí encontrará además la larga playa Playa Grande, cuya arena dorada y relucientes olas le esperan para un largo día de baño y bronceado bajo el sol de Lanzarote.
Hay aparcamiento disponible en la propiedad y hay mucho aparcamiento en la calle en la zona.
Se admiten animales de compañía.
Además, a pocos minutos a pie hay paradas de autobús con conexiones regulares a las ciudades cercanas. Entre mayo y junio, el propietario proporcionará transporte gratuito al aeropuerto.

We spent ten nights here and had an amazing time. The location was great, just a short walk to the main ‘strip’ and beach and the views from the terrace were stunning! Would highly recommend!

The house was very clean, with a weekly cleaner to change the towels and sheets +. The house had everything you need to make it home from home. The beds were comfortable as was the sofa downstairs. The kitchen was very well equipped with a cooker and fridge freezer. the washing machine was a great bonus.Lidl was a 15 min walk away and a cab back cost €3.90. Beach towels were provided and there was also cool bags to use. The balony had nice beds with a lovely view. Very peaceful area with little traffic noise. All English TV channels with Netflix was a great bonus for those nights in. Sarah and Augustin was only a phone call away if you needed them. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely house in good location. Very central. Sarah and Agustin were great hosts and responded quickly when we had wifi/water issues. Unfortunately, there was building work going on nearby but everything else was great. Would definitely re-book

This is an amazing property, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It is only 5mins walk to the main seafront yet it is calm and peaceful.
There is lots of outdoor space, my favorite was the upstairs terrace which gets lots of sun.
There are two beautiful bathrooms and the bed was very comfortable.
Sarah is a magnificent host and from my first email until she dropped us back to the airport yesterday she was helpful and obliging.
This is the best rental I have experienced in 14 trips to Lanzarote. I hope to return next year.

A beautiful house to stay in for your holiday we knew as soon as we entered this home that we had made the perfect choice.Very spacious ,immaculately clean and everything you need to make your holiday prefect.The view from the upstairs terrace was amazing the BBQ area a real bonus and the covered carport was ideal for keeping the car cool.Very tastefully decorated inside with plenty of seating options, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. two lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms what more could you wish for.Thank You Sarah for letting us stay in your lovely home we wil be back again soon.

We could not fault our villa, more spacious inside and out than it seemed on the pics. It is beautifully decorated they really have thought of everything! Lovely hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Very close to shops and restaurants but still very private, we would definitely come back again, and I hope we will!

This really is a beautiful house. Clean and comfortable. Everything you need. Beds are lovely. Kitchen is ideal. All the supermarkets and shops are minutes away. Would recommend the Asian restaurant and the Don Rafael steak house. We have enjoyed our stay and would come back again. 5 stars from us. Thankyou Sarah for letting us stay later until our pick up.

Central location,and a comfortable well equipped property. Thoughtful welcome pack on arrival. We found the moviestar media package great for evenings at home. Sarah & Augustin were extremely helpful hosts. We will certainly book this property on our next visit Puerto Del Carmen. Well equipped accommodation in good location just a few mins from the beach. This property is well kept and nicely decorated with everything you would need for a home from home holiday experience. Ideally located a few mins walk to all shops bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket less than 100m from front door and great sea views from the balcony. Owners very nice and easy to communicate with. Would recommend and would definitely stay again if returning to Lanzarote.

Beautiful villa which was very well furnished and stocked. Everything clean and comfortable with a lovely sitting room and great viewof the sea from the balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay, the barbecue and al fresco dining on the balcony with sea views the highlight. Close to the beach but faraway enough to avoid the noise and great central location. Not too keen on Puerto Del Carmen promenade, very ex pat but with a hire car great location for seeing all the great sights Lanzarote has to offer.

The house is in a very good position, Excellent facilities , washing machine, dishwasher, everything you need. Lovely bathrooms, spacious lounge diner. Barbecue area. Tasteful decor.

We loved staying here, the house is in a quite area yet only a few hundred meters from the main resort. Everything is provided to make your stay comfortable the main balcony is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and has amazing views.
Our hosts were great we really appreciated the welcome goodies and their quick response in sorting out the WiFi, much quicker than when we’ve had a similar issue at home.
This is an immaculate home, we had a lovely chilled holiday and can not recommend it enough.
