Everything about this condo was lovely.

I can't say I didn't like something because it was truly an amazing place... We loved our mini family vacation. Everything was great! The condo was beautiful the pool was clean. They have great service and a nice self check in system. Its great... Only thing I was unable to find the dumpster... Other than that it has everything you would essentially need. I definitely recommend it.

Nice clean condo. Private pool, while VERY cold even after paying additional 50 dollars per day, was nice. Nice community was very quiet except for being under airport flight path...which you could only hear while outside. Kitchen was nicely stocked and we appreciated the ice/water dispenser in fridge. Also the fridge kept drinks very nicely chilled.

The key lockbox was horrible. While waiting 5 mins on hold we finally got open but very annoying after day of travel. Also had to call for front gate entrance key while at gate. The worst thing about this condo was that the ad says there is a private pool and Jacuzzi. What they DONT mention untill AFTER the resv. Is made is that they will charge you an additional FIFTY dollars PER DAY to heat them for use. The Jacuzzi did warm up later that evening however, even after 9 days the pool remained much to cold to use. They control the heat settings from their offices so you can't even turn up the thermostat. We really liked a lot of things about this place but felt that the pool issue was definitely bait and switch. I have never heard of renting a place and THEN being told you needed to pay EXTRA for something that you would expect to be included. Also...the TV did not allow the promised connection but they DID send a guy out who installed a ROKU on one set so we could watch movies in there. Then discovered speakers were bad so we moved ROKU to master bed to use. We own a new business in P.S. and plan on being there quite often untill we decide to buy. Would absolutely go back if these issues were taken care of. Also they don't mention location is directly under airport flight path which didn't bother us unless you were outside.
