This is a large family house with space to spread out. There were lots of additional extras which made our stay 5* . Our host has gone to a lot of trouble to make this an exceptional home from home.

The fact that our holiday was over too soon. We should have booked two weeks. There is so much to see and do in the surrounding area.

The property is light and spacious. Extremely well equipped kitchen with every eventuality catered for. Some lovely touches too including puzzles, colouring books, pencils, crayons etc. The owners have truly thought of everything. some really thoughtful touches from a welcome back to full bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. A wonderful location just across from the beach as described. we will definitely be back!

Great location on the main sea front road, great views of the sea, exceptional property, well maintained and looked after. everything you could possibly need from cleaning products to utensils was provided, even a lovely welcome pack of food and drinks. large garden at the rear with a seating area to enjoy the sun.

main upstairs bathroom was a bit small in comparison to the space in the other rooms with the downstairs shower room more spacious.

every gadget you could want in the kitchen was provided. nice basket of goodies on arrival. peaceful garden to relax in.

Absolutely everything. This is our second stay and will not be our last. The house is lovely with gorgeous. views out to sea. This is the best equipped holiday home i have ever stayed in, Janet has thought of everything. We usually go out of season but in the summer, fully equipped for BBQ in garden or visit to beach with chairs, parasols and kids beach items (even boogie boards). its just amazing, cant wait for our next stay.

there is nothing not to like

Lovely goody basket on arrival and very impressed with crockery/cooking utensils etc. Great selection of games and dvds. Owner went out of her way to print something fir me and deliver it to the house.

The bathroom and shower room/WC could do with updating.

House had everything we needed as a family of four. Location perfect and views incredible!

Very well equipped, owner was very helpful, there was a lovely welcome package, the rooms were extremely comfortable, it was warm and cosy, plenty of blankets, the ocean views were lovely as were the seats and binoculars to enjoy them. There were loads of games, interesting factual books and TVs in every bedroom with lots of streaming options.

The lack of outside socket

Everything about this property was Fantastic, Views Stunning, Beautiful Huge house, with everything you could possibly imagine you would need! Close to beach Close to town!

I don't normally write reviews so this isn't as long as it should be. The owner has thought of absolutely everything. There was more in this place than we have in our own house. It was superbly stocked, with a great welcome basket and very comfortable. Probably the best self catering accommodation I've ever stayed in.

It was perfect.

Clean, modern, spacious property, with everything you could wish for. Three double bedrooms, two showers, enclosed garden. Perfect location, a 5 minute walk to the beach. Parking for 4 cars.

What an amazing house, stunning location overlooking the sea, perfect central location. When we arrived the house was spotlessly clean, there was milk & fresh orange in the fridge and a care package, wine, crisps, biscuits, tea & coffee, nice touch. There was plenty of cleaning products in the house to use, clean towels, beach towels, boogie boards, wind breaker & beach brolly, all for use. Big garden with a great bbq which again everything was left for use including bbq coals, matches , utensils etc. It really was a home from home, beautiful stunning location and a short walk into Cromer itself, lots to see and do there, Hot Rocks restaurant is a must! Could not highly recommend this property enough it’s great Janet 😊 The pictures as advertised are spot on exactly as it was when we arrived.

House was beautiful with lots of space and very well equipped. Short walk into the lovely Cromer. Just loved the large windows overlooking the sea, such a wonderful, restful place.

This house has everything! Welcome from Janet was really nice, and her recommendation to head west for best scenery was helpful and right!

you can't tell by the pictures but there are cliffs in from of the house, so no direct access to the beach, but not too far to walk

This house is amazing.. Just a 10 min walk to the pier..15 if you go leisurely! They have thought of absolutely everything you might need, you will want for nothing. We just loved it. We have a dog and there is a big meadow just nearby and a massive field opposite. East Runton beach is dog friendly and again about 15 mins walk. We did body boarding there (the house has boards!). I just loved the way they provide so many of those things you sometimes have to remember to bring... But they left us milk, tea, biscuits, wine and more. Stay here! Rooms are lovely, views and sunsets amazing.

Slightly busy road

The excellent location, beautiful sea views, guest basket on arrival was a lovely touch, and so welcomed. Generous room sizes, great parking, comfy beds and pillows (my son and husband usually struggle sleeping away from home, but had no issues). The best kitchen and house facilities in anywhere we've stayed in the last 20 years.

The only thing I can think of is that the sofas were a little hard for me, however, I must add that no one else in our family group had any issue.

The house was beautiful and a great location on the cliff top in Cromer. The owner had thought of everything and left plenty of supplies for our arrival. We didn’t get chance to sit out in the lovely garden but in the summer it will be brilliant for sitting out relaxing. Great views, we all loved looking g out to sea including our dog. Would definitely come back.

The views from the house are exceptional and the access to the beach and the town is amazing. The garden is very sunny and very dog friendly! We cook a lot and the kitchen is well equipped with everything that you might need. There was a generous welcome basket of supplies on arrival which was great and a cupboard full of sensible staples. Linen and towels were plentiful and of nice quality. Comfy sofas, cushions and blankets and lots of places to sit and admire the view complete with binoculars and telescope! Lots of tech with TVs in all the bedrooms and a big smart tv in main living area with DVDs and player. Lots of space and immaculately clean. Would highly recommend.

There is a road in front of the house which we weren’t expecting but it’s not that busy and pretty quiet at night. The double beds are a little small and quite firm. Might be a challenge for us if we stayed longer.

The location is great, only 20 min walk into Cromer a long the seafront. sea views from the house is amazing. Bring the binoculars to see the boats. house was very well stocked, plenty of towels and hand washes. The welcome pack was the best we have had on any stay away. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Very dog friendly with a lovely enclosed garden. Ample parking. Be back again soon.

We feel there should be Bed toppers on mattresses as they were a little uncomfortable, but would not put me off visiting again.

Great welcome pack, lovely comfortable house and views, clean spacious home, kitchen well equipped. Loved having shampoo conditioner and body wash both bath and beach towels. Attention to detail for ease on a short stay was exceptional Location perfect for a stroll into the town.

The front bedroom window was ajar and I couldn’t get it to fully shut so it was annoying as there was one evening with heavy wind and rain and this made the room noisy. The tv’s were not the easiest to get working quite complicated on a short stay. Trouble locking the key fob box when we left but these can be temperamental. Had we been on a longer stay we would have contacted the renter and got these issues resolved. Despite these few issues I would be more than happy to stay again.
