The apartment is perfectly located on the edge of Adeje, very close to La Caleta - easy to walk either way for a great selection of restaurants, bars and shops. It’s a 5k walk/jog to the other end of Las Americas where it joins Los Cristianos. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, across the pool to the ocean. A lovely place to sit for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is nicely decorated, well furnished and well equipped, comfortable and clean. Underneath the apartment development is a great restaurant called Costa Caleta, we found the food here to be very good and the staff extremely pleasant. They also have a great chill out bar on the edge of the beach - a great spot to watch the sunset. Contact with the staff regarding check-in/out was very straight forward and Julia was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

If I had to comment about anything - there is no air conditioning; not too much of a problem in January (we just kept the windows open at night), but I imagine in the summer it may get quite hot! Also for a “luxury apartment” the sofa is a quite worn and could do with replacing.

The location of the resort makes it very suitable for family with kids (toodlers). In less then 100m you have both white sand / black send beaches. Pleasent sea side walk to the center of costa adeje.

The owner needs to solve some minor issues. Nothing big... but some touch would help. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment.
