56th Anniversary with family.

Fantastic home!
My wife and I rented this home for a week long getaway. The home was perfect! Even better than we had hoped. It had everything that we needed and was clean as a whistle. We had one or two colder days for the pool, but on those days the spa was perfect substitute. We would absolutely rent this home again!

Best in Havasu, maybe anywhere!
We came to meet friends for Desert Storm in Lake Havasu City. We had booked another home via VRBO but needed to change dates to this popular week. When they more than doubled the price (because the "can"), we walked, and I looked for another place thinking I would never find once that looked as nice as the first. How fortunate I feel that we went looking again because we found the best place we have ever stayed in Havasu, maybe any VRBO anywhere - and the price had not increased just because of the Desert storm week. The inside is decorated professionally, perfectly clean and appointed like a 5 star hotel. Rick thinks of all kinds of little things that you don't expect but think "how cool is that?". A Kuerig PLUS a free selection of drinks? We always bring our own but only find the machine once in a while. The garage is spacious, clean and meticulously appointed as well, right down to the custom flooring. We loved being able to roll up into the garage and not worry about thieves at night. Finally, and maybe best of all is the outdoor space. It really is an Oasis, private and complete with pool (heated for a fee, swimmable in April with solar), spa (no extra fee), putting green, fire-table and chairs, 6 hi-class loungers on the elevated deck, BBQ, sound system, well-lit for nightlife activities... in a word, inviting. We won't need to look at any other places for our next visit. This is our go-to for Havasu!

The absolute best
We are a family of 5, including 3 young kids, and have stayed in many home rentals both in Havasu and throughout the world. I will go so far to say that Ricks home is the absolute best we’ve stayed in.
The home was better than the pictures, they have anything and everything you’d need in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable, home is very clean, and communication was great before, during and after our stay. We will most definitely be booking again on our future trips to Havasu.

This property was exactly what we needed after these last two years!!! Not only does it feel as though you are at a five star resort, the house is amazingly clean, the owner is kind and very responsive, and kitchen had everything we needed for meal times. The pool, hot tub and putting green was the ultimate fun for our family. We more than enjoyed ourselves and cannot wait to return!!! This house is just what we needed to relax and unwind. Not one negative thing to say about our experience.

A month in Paradise
Rick’s house in Lake Havasu was our paradise for a month this spring. We absolutely loved the property and have already booked our stay for next year. Rick was wonderful to work with and definitely the most responsive owner we have ever dealt with through VRBO. Don’t hesitate to book this house…you won’t be disappointed! Location is ideal and the house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to go back next year!!

Vacation Gem
We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit in Lake Havasu, thanks to having this exceptional vacation rental. Everything about this home seems new and top notch, from the bedding to anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Everything is in perfect working order. We especially enjoyed the beautiful private oasis out back. It is a good 10-15 minutes from town/lake, and requires some winding through nice neighborhoods, but no big deal. Communications with the owner couldn't have been better, we appreciate their desire to make sure we were happy.

50th B-Day get away with family and friends
We stayed at this property to celebrate my 50th B-Day. We had an amazing time at this very beautiful home. The kitchen and outside grill allowed for multiple people to be cooking and the sit-down island was perfect spot for others to "help". And by "help" I mean, watch, chat, and drink wine. We spent our mornings hiking through SARA Park, the afternoons on the Lake, driving through the desert or relaxing in the pool. We ended every night by cooking a big meal, wine and relaxing in the hot tub. We definitely plan on staying here again.

We went for our Anniversary and this place was amazing.. It had everything and more Rick and his wife were amazing. They help us with any questions we had ,they were very accommodating and all around really nice people. This Was our first time renting a vacation home and we are so glad we did! It was smooth sailing from the time we booked to the time we left. The host was extremely helpful and prompt to reply to any questions we had. The pictures you see of the rental are great but seeing the house in person is another story. Beautiful Home. My friends and I absolutely loved this property! The features of this home really made it so fun. None of the girls I went with wanted to leave, we were all content just being at the pool all day. Perfect Retreat
We absolutely loved this house! It was the perfect retreat for a week! We actually booked this house to celebrate/get away for our sons 3rd birthday (he passed away in august) & we couldn’t have asked for a better place! The pool area was perfect for the kids and we were able to watch them from the shade of the patio. The driveway easily had enough room for the boat, truck & our Yukon. We had an adult friend, 5 year old, 13 year old and 4 other adults in this house and it fit us all comfortably. We never felt like we were over crowded. The patio was wonderful in the evenings with the fire table. The house was perfectly clean & the owner was responsive with any questions we had immediately! The kids have asked a 100 times if we can go back ;) thank you for allowing us to stay for a week!

Fantastic time for our family's spring break. We did several hikes in the area and enjoyed relaxing in the spa and pool in the evenings. House had everything we needed. Perfect house for a relaxing getaway.
Our two families of 4 had such a great time staying at this house. The house was very clean and well maintained. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool and spa. Perfect for family
Stayed in this property with my husband and grown son's family. We loved everything about the house, especially the outdoor area. The master suite was super spacious and having the other bedrooms on the opposite side of the house was really nice. The pictures give an accurate representation and actually felt the house was nicer than shown in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this property. Check-in was super easy and owners made you feel welcome.

Paradise in Lake Havasu !
The house was impeccable. Way better than what we anticipated. My family and I we’re amazed on how lovely and well kept the house was. It’s was very inviting and feels very homey. We Had a blast, not once did we feel uncomfortable.
Also Whoever comes and cleans the house in between guests does an amazing job!
I would definitely recommend this home, Really felt like we were in our own little private island. Rick was so awesome, So quick to answer any question I had.
The only time we went out was to grab groceries & to London’s Bridge for shaved ice. Their was no need to go to the river, Rick’s home was perfect.

Great Home
We had a great time. The house was extremely cleaned and had everything you would ever need to have an enjoyable stay. The owners have taken great care to make sure the house is stocked with all the little items you might need while staying such as plastic bags, disposable to-go coffee cups, water bottles, etc. Our kids loved the hot tub, pool, and putting green. The owner Rick was very quick to always respond to any questions we had about the house and the local area. If you are traveling to Lake Havasu City I would definitely recommend. We are a family of 4 and we also had another couple join us. The house had plenty of room.

Couldn't have asked for a better place
This has to be the best rental we have ever had for our annual trip to Lake Havasu. The bar is set very high for future rentals! The house and back yard were amazing, everything you need is in this property. The kitchen especially was very well stocked with all the amenities you needed (my wife is very particular about her kitchen tools, and didn't find them lacking!). The pool area was fantastic and the solar heat warmed it up enough to make it bearable to swim in. The jacuzzi worked wonderful and was very welcome at the end of the day. There was ample parking for our 32' car hauler trailer and truck in the driveway as well the garage was perfect for our car and side by side. If you get the opportunity to rent this property don't hesitate at all! Everything was well taken care and instructions on anything you needed to know was very well explained. If there were any issues, Gene was excellent to deal with. We sure hope that we get the opportunity to rent this property again in the future. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short because of the Corona virus situation and uncertainty with insurance and border issues as we are from Canada. We very much regretted having to leave - but we will be back!

Perfect House
We rented this house for a long weekend for 7 guests and it was perfect! It was very clean and the owners responded to all the questions we had. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. There was instructions on how everything worked. Less time figuring it out and more fun! I will definitely be back!
