Helpful, friendly staff. Close to where we needed to be. Good facilities. Very comfortable.

Pub not open till 12 noon, so no possibility of breakfast. But Morrison's cafe was good and cheap and only about 1 mile away. No hook in ensuite and the heated rail couldn't accommodate 2 sets of towels so we couldn't re-use them. However fresh towels were provided each day.

Great hospitable welcome, Gary the manager was friendly and helpful The room was great, well presented and spotlessly clean. Excellent shower and a comfortable bed. The bar area was nicely laid out, welcoming with a great choice of beers and snacks etc. A fantastic well run venue, I look forward to visiting again.

No real negatives, a shame there's was no food menu however. The recommendation of the pub up the road was good but would've like to have eaten on site instead of going out

The staff and clientele were very friendly, nice pub, good location and parking. Although they have no restaurant they off filled rolls and are very happy for you to have a takeaway delivered! The shower was excellent.

Unfortunately their breakfast isn't served until 9am.

The car park was awful, hardly any spaces,I had to park down the street.

Bed were incredibly comfortable, the room had lots of little touches like big squishy pillows, bottled water, toiletries etc. Breakfast was extra but well worth it in both size and quality.

The location was great for the local wedding we were attending. Perfect being just over a pub and the Manager was very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful.

Sat afternoon we ordered breakfasts for the next day, Sunday. Seems staff in pub were confused what their roles were & confused which guests had ordered breakfasts and which not; we went down for b. Sun morning, the Landlord was present seemed ok at first, then got annoyed when the other guests came down saying they had ordered breakfasts which he said he had no idea about. It was CLEARLY his staff the night before caused this issue not taking note who ordered what. He would not accept blame himself & kept making excuses, not once did he apologise for poor communications on HIS side. Breakfast was fab tho’. Better Parking for guests also needs sorting out.

Lovely welcoming landlord and staff. Lovely clean and comfortable room and a great freshly cooked breakfast. I would recommend the Hanbury Turn to anyone. We have been there before and we will definitely be back

There was nothing to not like. Nothing to complain about at all.

stayed here as was attending a company Christmas party at a Manor House which was nearby. room was clean, warm, and just what we needed. Nice soft pillows, good shower, comfortable overall. felt lucky we were here as all colleagues who had been “lucky” enough to stay at the Manor were freezing all night!

Excellent fresh cooked breakfast. Access to room from carpark via fire escape as well as through pub. Very quiet room, no noise from busy pub or outside traffic at all. Walkable into Bromsgrove town centre, approximately 30 minutes. Excellent choice of good quality real ales in the pub

Emergency lighting in room very bright, not good if you need a dark bedroom to sleep.

Unfortunately they only do breakfast from 9 -10 am so no good if you are there for work, I there are only 3 rooms so I understand why.
