NO TV. NO CURTAINS ON SOME WINDOWS. SOME AREAS NEEDED GOOD CLEAN

The location was perfect, we brought our own breakfast so it was very good.

No TV???? We have never rented anywhere in Looe that didn’t have a TV. We were shocked there was none, the week was freezing and we couldn’t even watch the TV?? Also the heating was poor, no info on how to turn it up.

Location was excellent, central in the town and a few minutes walk from the beach

Although not an essential item, it would have been nice to provide a TV for cosy nights in.

Looks modern and well thought out inside. They did come out and clean the place eventually. In the centre.

Wasn't clean on arrival. There is black mold on the windows in the livingroom. Smells a little bit like damp. No tv which was stated as having one on the listing. Back bed room views consist of piles and piles of rubbish that's decaying. Bath plug gets stuck in.

Location was superb, it was very clean and tidy and kitchen was small but well equipped. Spacious.

The radiators were on when we arrived and for the whole of our stay but it was never very warm. There were no extra blankets in the cupboard so we ended up popping our coats over the quilt to stay warm. It would have been useful to have two keys too.

- when we arrived, couldn't get through front door. Blocked by big black nylon bag with rubbish on inside of door. - flat very cold. 3 electric radiators in whole flat which took several hours to warm flat. Then it was OK, but sometimes a little cold in evening. - at first glance everything looks OK, but not very clean especially kitchen. Don't even look in the oven! The black fridge door and hand-wash also disgusting. Electric hob also cleaned with dirty rag. - no toiletries. - 1 window in smaller bedroom no curtains. Had to hang black bags over it voor darkness. - window in lounge no curtains so people can see in. - no Electric sockets near mirror. So styling hair is a challenge. - clearer parking instructions beforehand would have been nice. Info: you can stop very briefly to unload by flat but parking is bij Bridge opposite estate agent . - no further info in flat and communication with agent is slow.
