Overall our stay was great. We were in town for a ball tournament and honestly just needed a place to sleep. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. The only “issue” I had was the numerous amounts of roosters outside which is of no fault to the owners :) they woke up at 4am every morning.

Great place near the lake in the parking garages for your boat and your other vehicles nice furniture and all the accessories that you need.
Much better than staying at hotel.

The property was great! Clean and nice appliances. The only bad thing was the constant crowing of the neighbor's roosters! But the place was a great location to fish Lake Guntersville. Thanks for everything!

Only a few minutes from downtown Guntersville. Very clean property. Was happy to see extra bath towels. Very comfortable furniture in the living room.
Communication with owner was great.

We liked the large living room and kitchen area. We had family staying near by so it was convenient for us. We would recommend this place to others. Nice fenced in yard if you have a dog.

Excellent place
We had a fabulous time staying here. Had all the provisions we needed for our extended stay. Property manager was excellent and responsive. Large backyard and large garage.

Great little getaway
Everything was as described, nice neighborhood not far from the lake. Nice big fenced in backyard. Had a wonderful Thanksgiving with the family!

Great place!
It was clean and just as pictured. It was a few minutes from the lake in a a quiet neighborhood. Owners were awesome and super responsive. Great overall stay!

Property was very clean had everything we needed and we had a great time we were able to park our boats in the garages and everything was fabulous

Very Clean
Very clean and quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and nice furniture. If you have a big group there is only one bathroom. We would stay here again.
