My husband, myself and 1 yr old stayed for 3 day's in this apartment. It was perfect and exactly as expected in the listing. Would stay again.

This property was amazing! Such a beautiful area with lots of nature nearby. It had all the touches of home. We loved the walking trail that was literally 100 feet from the property. It's about 20 minutes from downtown which is perfect if you have a car and want to see the sights. The hosts are super attentive and quick to respond. And the beds are so comfy! We would definitely recommend this place and we will be coming back!

We were in the area for our daughter’s wedding, and this home was a beautiful home away from home. Worked for our family of 4! We weren’t sure if the pull out couch would work for teens, but ours are younger teens and they said it was pretty comfortable!! The queen was comfortable as well, and it was nice to have a bedroom separated from the LR so we didn’t all have to just change clothes in the bathroom!

This charming carriage house was perfect place to stay while in the Seattle area. The location was safe, quiet and cozy, and the place had all the amenities we needed to cook meals and sleep well. Comfortable bed! and great hot shower :) And the communications with the host were great. Thank you!

Very clean, very comfortable living space, and very comfortable bed. I appreciated the off street parking space and the closeness to a green area with trails. Very good place to stay for a trip to the Seattle area!

Most of our time this weekend was spent with old friends at a house nearby. But our mornings and late evening's were at our Carriage. We found it cozy, comfortable, quiet, well equipped and we all had a good night’s sleep!
We hope to return someday, if you will have us! ;-)

Meeka's guest suite was very comfortable and she was a great host. Clear instructions, always very quick to respond, and even offered to help us do our laundry (and did it very quickly). Good, safe location. Highly recommend this stay.

This carriage house apartment is in a nice neighborhood with green space only seconds away.
The apartment was a nice size for two people. We had our children with us, so it was a little tight. But after having stayed in a hotel room together just a week and a half earlier, it felt spacious.
We aren’t big fans of being in the city, but we have to come to Seattle at least once a year to go to the children’s hospital. It was a great location for this visit, only 20 minutes away and it was almost a straight shot.
As long as our son can still handle stairs we will try to book this again, if they’ll have us. 😁

Lovely carriage house. Clean, qiet, and a beautiful rainforest park right outside your door. Our hosts were wonderful. Well appointed kitchen made it easy for us to prepare nice meals.

The carriage house had everything we needed for our long weekend in Seattle for our daughter’s graduation. We loved having the living space, kitchen and Dining table area to play a board game with the family and relax together after the ceremony. The trail, practically at our doorstep provided a beautiful and refreshing nature escape. Thank you Meeka!

We were very pleased with our stay at this cute and cozy apartment. It was very clean and offered everything we needed. The bed and seating were especially comfortable and there were special decorative touches everywhere. Meeka was very helpful and the location was perfect.

We took a trip to visit and enjoy a supercross race, and it was so nice to be able to rest our heads in a quiet, tucked away space. The surrounding area was absolutely beautiful, and the location was central for our needs. I hope to return in the future. Meeka was very communicative and always provided quick responses. I can't think of a single recommendation for improvement - we loved our stay!

This is a really wonderful place to stay. It is a beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean 1 bedroom place with a great little kitchen, inviting living room, bathroom with a great shower and a setting that includes a lovely path/trail that leads to an overlook of Puget Sound. The VRBO is over the garage, so there is no concern about noise, there is free parking (in the driveway!) and it is moments away from Carkeek park and I-5. Meeka was gracious and flexible and very easy to communicate with. One of our favorite VRBO's ever. Highly recommend.

This is our second time staying here. It is comfortable and there are so many thoughtful things put into this property. Coffee is provided, and there are spices and olive oil for cooking. We appreciate the communication with the owners and how welcoming they are to their guests. Thanks!

Our stay at “the carriage house” was perfect! Great location, every thing you would ever need to make our stay great, and so clean and welcoming! Just like home- but home on vacation! Even has hiking trails right next door!!!

This lodging was exactly as advertised—a comfortable one bedroom apartment with a complete kitchen, living room, and dining area. It’s tastefully decorated and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment and supplies and efficiently arranged. We had an enjoyable stay and the hosts were attentive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend it.

The Carriage House is a perfect place to get away. It is quiet, comfortable, and at the edge of Llandover Woods, where we enjoyed the beauty and bird calls.

The space was perfect, a good location, everything anyone would need in the space, quiet, comfortable & classy, she even had Christmas decorations: a tree, and stockings! This is a true value.

Only one night stay. Nice home and apartment in great neighborhood. Only criticism is that coffee maker is too complicated and would have been nice to have a couple bottled waters in the fridge, especially as I didn’t arrive till the evening and left early the next morning and didn’t have the time to run to a store. Will hope to stay again in the future while visiting family.

The pictures look very nice. I think it is better than they show. The property was clean and accommodating. I highly recommend. The fluffiest towels i have ever used, the kitchen was stocked adequately. I slept very well in the bed (most properties don’t have a decent bed-this place does). A good location, quiet but a 5 min drive to I-5. Next to a park and a golf course so it was quiet. Water pressure was strong so showers were comfortable. A solid vacation rental.

Broadview was a very comfortable accommodation located in a lovely North Seattle neighborhood. It had everything we needed and we would gladly stay there again in future.
