The property is very clean & well stocked, anything you might need they have. The host is very attentive to our needs. My kids couldn't find the playing cards and the next day, we got a package delivery of 2 sets of playing cards. They are very accommodating, they even installed a handheld shower to make it easy to bath my special needs child. If we ever come back to Seattle, I will definitely book with them again. It is a very lovely, cozy and quiet home. I would give them more than 10+ stars if I can.

The property was just as described. We were visiting Seattle for our son's wedding and wanted a place several of us could stay together. Everything was well organized (and labeled!) The hosts were very thoughtful checking in before and during our stay. The provided information on items were available so we knew what to pack. A thorough guidebook was also shared. All very much appreciated.

The house was really comfortable for me, my husband, my 88 year Mother, my 2 adult Sons and one of their spouses. We spent mornings on the deck and the hot tub was awesome! Everything very clean. Leanne was easy to communicate with. We loved it!

The split level of this home worked great for us. My husband and I took the downstairs suite with a den and eating area while the grands and parents used the upstairs bedrooms. The living-dining-kitchen area was a great space for us all and I gather. The beds were all very comfortable and bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels and amenities. The entire house was air conditioned and easily regulated with a central control. We didn’t think we would need a washer and dryer but it came in handy. The back yard was great for the kids to get some fresh air. The house in well stocked with great board games and corn hole for family fun.
The hot tub was a highlight for everyone.

We were an adult party of eight coming in for a family event. This was the perfect stay. The hosts were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The property was incredibly clean, well maintained and the kitchen was stocked beautifully. The only thing I could have wished for was a few more coffee mugs so we didn't have to keep washing them. But I'm really only joking about that. The place could not have been nicer.

This is a great property that is close to amenities but feels secluded. Our two families (8 people) had a great time and the large kitchen and dining room allowed us to cook family dinners most nights.

This was a perfect stay for us. Leanne made us feel so welcome and the home has now set the bar for any future VRBO stays for us. Clean, well appointed, excellent communication and it felt like we were staying at a friends house. Could not have asked for better.

This property is clean, well- located, has a well-stocked kitchen, and a heavenly hot tub.
It is a 10 minute drive to Northgate light rail station, and then a short ride to all the attractions. The owners are very responsive, getting back to me the same day.

I can't say enough good things about this property and how much we loved staying here. The host was super attentive to our needs. The kitchen was completely stocked, which was especially helpful over Thanksgiving. There were little touches that meant a lot -for example, the bedside tables in the master bedroom each had a charging doc which was incredibly handy! The house was decorated for fall and there were plenty of blankets and towels. The electronic guide that was provided had tons of useful information, was easy to access and we referred to it numerous times. We were extremely comfortable here and loved the location!

We had a fabulous stay at this property! It was fully stocked and even had a hot tub for us to relax in at the end of the day. The hosts are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would stay at this property again if we are ever in the area.

We have stayed at a number of places in the Puget Sound area. This by far was the best! Incredibly clean, well stocked and organized! Everything worked, the towels were thick, the toilet paper soft and the bath and body products the same as Vegas! Highly recommend!

We were looking for a quiet place to escape some home repairs, but we ended up blessed with so much more in this absolute gem in North City/Shoreline. The feel of the property is cozy comfort in the tall trees, but beneath the warmth is a well-equipped kitchen, wired for entertainment and connection, and a dip-ready hot tub that ensure the comforts of home, almost as if it was all planned out for you.
The bedding, sofas, and chairs are well-placed, with warm, soft coverings, with interesting fixtures and accessories making the entire place feel like a mountainside chalet, yet within a few minute’s drive to the freeway, making it a great base for exploration.
The check-in was completely painless, and the owners were so responsive, that it felt like staying with relatives, minus the complications. We were able to add a night when our plans changed, and we got answers in what seemed like minutes. The place was spotless, and everything worked exactly as advertised and depicted. It was by far the easiest stay ever. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, and would recommend this property without hesitation.

This was a great location as a home base for our trip to Seattle and Vancouver. The home was off the beaten path but close to food gas and grocery stores. Very comfortable to relax in after a full day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this location
