The property is in a quiet neighborhood backed against farmland. It was so peaceful and relaxing staying there. Beds were comfortable and there was all the normal items you would need in kitchen, bathrooms, etc. my 5yr old loves that there was a giant jar of candy as well, he was so excited!

The hinges could use some WD-40, they are super squeaky.

We went for a baseball tournament our son was playing in at Vail stadium. The house wasn't far from where he was playing which was nice to not have to drive very far. It's also a short drive to a lot of restaurants and stores. When we were not at the field watching him play it was a lovely place to be able to relax and spend time with the family. This house is clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. It has a beautiful view from the back yard and is a nice place to be able to sit outside, relax and enjoy the nice weather. The beds are pretty comfortable too. Not like the ones at most hotels that make it hard to get a good night sleep

I would say our only complaint would be that the cover over the backyard patio isn't a solid cover so when it decides to start raining or even just sprinkling (which it did) you can't sit outside unless you want to get wet.
