Could not have come up with a better place to stay! Friends were complimenting the find throughout the whole trip and the location made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.

We walked to Main Street to eat and shop. Went to lazy river off the river. What a great city with so few people it was refreshing! Beautiful landscape and opportunities to do outdoor things every moment! Good games in the house…twister!

Our family who lives in Colorado, PA and OR gathered for a time of biking, hiking and exploring the towns nearby. The home is decorated well and very clean. The bike trail along the Colorado River is impressive and we were happy to bike there from the house.

This was a great house. My kiddos loved all the games in the house and the upstairs rooms.

We spent the weekend in this lovely house with two other couples and a friend while in town for the Tour of the Moon bike ride. It was a great experience.
The house is charming with funky decor, comfortable beds and a nice backyard. I’ve rented lots of VRBO properties and this was by far the best equipped of them all. As an extra bonus, the beverage center with the sparkling water dispenser and different coffee options was a huge hit. Pat and Shawna thought of everything. They’ve done a lovely job of turning a 1910 bungalow into a very comfortable, modern space.
It was a warm weekend and the swamp cooler did a stellar job of keeping both the upstairs and downstairs nice and cool.
The location was very convenient—less than a mile to Main Street, so we parked the cars and didn’t need to use them all weekend.
Pat was easy to communicate with and answered my emails and texts right away. Although we didn’t meet in person, I could tell he’s a personable host.
We definitely will rent this home again if we’re in Grand Junction.

Nicely decorated and well set up house with lots of space for you to spread out. We were able to have 2 families join together for a short reunion and have space for games and for meals. It is hot in Grand Junction in the summer, as we expected, however we were disappointed we weren't able to cool the house down a little earlier in the evening. Our next trip will be in the fall and we hope to enjoy the back patio firepit and make some s'mores.

Pat was helpful in making arrangements and responded to messages quickly. The property was perfect for our large group. It is cozy, clean, and a comfortable size for eight people. I just wish we had had more time to enjoy the amenities like the covered deck and fire pit.

Pat did all the arrangement. He asked us to check in early but we didn’t reach till late night. Place was really nice and we enjoyed our stay. It had enough off street parking spot. Downtown was just 5 mins drive.

Must stay at this house! Check in and commutations with the host we’re great. All info about the property were clear and spelled out in writing about the property. The house was very nicely remodeled, old 1910 house has many very cool sleeping arrangements, nice details and a great outdoor living space with grills, fire pits and seating. Parking was easy in the front and side of the house. Walking distance to a lot of things. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely house in very easy to access area of Grand Junction. We stayed with 5 kids and 4 adults and there was plenty of room. Kids loved the upstairs, porch, and firepit. Quick trip to Colorado National Monument, able to walk to downtown. Very clean and well stocked. We would stay here again!

It was a cute little house. Loved the fire pit and the amazing vintage decor. It was a little warm in the daytime. It was a very warm day though. In the evening it cooled off very nicely. Overall a nice place to stay.

It was a nice place to stay for our team while working. One of the things we really liked was there was a seltzer machine that provided really great seltzer water. A nice backyard with a grill! Overall we enjoyed it. Also the owner was very responsive when we needed something.

Amazing home. Decorated to perfection and sooo clean. Great location and all around an amazing property. We did get warm with no AC, I would encourage the owner leave a few fans, but that is my only suggestion. Would stay again.

Impressive upgrades in a lovely older home!
Charming older home, with well thought out upgrades and style. Particularly clean, although I would get a hint of pet smell every now and then. Nothing too bad. Located on a great street, close to local shops and downtown. Appreciate the local skate park for the kids. I liked how many cooking gadgets and convenience for beverages and great appliances. It was a warm time of year, and the swamp cooler was not enough at times to keep up with the 95+ degree day. I am sure it would be better at cooler times of the year. If you have more than one car you may have to find parking across the street on the street. Family movie night in the living room was comfy with a HUGE TV. While opening the windows to circulate air in the evening the weeds on the side of the house triggered severe allergies and an asthma attack. Otherwise, we found this stay to be exactly what we expected comfortable and roomy.

It was only an eight block walk to downtown, which we did several times, as well as some great houses and parks that we didn't know were there. We had a fine and relaxing time. Huzzah!

It was perfect for our annual girls trip
Four decent sized bedrooms. Great location central to a lot of activities like bicycles, wine tour, rafting and golf. Close enough for a drive over to the hot springs. Great local restaurants in a charming downtown.

Girl weekend spot
The house was perfect for our small bachelorette party. The house had plenty of space for all of us and was in a convenient location allowing us to walk to down town Grand Junction and also close enough to easily drive to wineries in Palisades. Pat was easy to work with when our group wanted to add a night to our booking and was very responsive when messaging about the property.

This stay was everything we were looking for! And SO much more! It was absolutely amazing! Having extra, very appreciated touches. Clean, well maintained home. Beautifully renovated. Amazing kitchen area. Loved the front porch with the gas fire pit. All 6 guests were easily accommodated with plenty of gathering space and hot water for 6 women to shower daily. Easy to heat and cool the home during wide temp changes in April. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Pat!

A nice funky property
This is a very old home that has been substantially upgraded recently - the kitchen and bathrooms are quite modern. Funky decor everywhere adds a whimsical touch.
It worked great for our family of four. While there are five single beds in the two bedrooms upstairs, and two queens or kings in the two downstairs bedrooms, there are only two bathrooms (one off the master BR), both downstairs So a large group would have plenty of beds to sleep in though it might get a bit crowded at shower time.
The neighborhood is quiet and clean. It is close to most of what you would want for restaurants, stores, etc. Very convenient to both GJT airport and Colorado National Monument.
Host was readily accessible though it had everything you would want or need so did not have to bother them.
A nice funky property - would be happy to stay here again.

Perfectly located gem
Loved this house! Walking distance to downtown and great food. Close drive to the Colorado Monument and biking distance to several great rides.
We had 2 couples and the main floor which worked perfect with 2 good sized beds and 2 full baths. Big kitchen with everything needed and large sunny family room to sit and talk, play games or watch the Roku equipped TV. Front porch was super cute and private with a fun gas fire place to sit around. Sparkling water on tap is a fun feature that we really enjoyed! We will be back!

Family Weekend Stay
We absolutely loved this property and will definitely check this out again the next time we are planning a trip to Grand Junction!! This was a long weekend trip with family members joining together to check out CMU. The house was incredibly well decorated, felt very homey, plenty of room, and super clean. We enjoyed using the large living room for movie nights and board games along with a big BBQ night with some college students joining us. I am really particular with the places I stay and this was definitely a 5-star spot.
