Paying to park in an industrial estate. Booked a double room got two twin beds. New room wasn't the cleanest and no TV remote.. No one at reception waited 10 mins and gave up..

It was a halfway point between Bristol airport and exeter and was easy to get to. The two double rooms were clean and fine. late checkin was helpful

It was impossible to get a taxi or Uber from this hotel- not the fault of the hotel but it meant we missed out on getting to Exeter. It felt understaffed although the staff who were there were working hard

Cigarette butts in sink waste so full water did not drain away so unable and unwilling to use bathroom-imagine brushing teeth over an ash tray! Shower curtain was stained ginger on the lower edge suggested that it needed to be changed or cleaned window cill covered in dust and dead insects like fruit flies.

The ceiling area and the walls in room were grubby and could do with a lick of paint and I was surprised that noone came in to replenish tea tray etc or check if towels needed changing .the last time I stayed there was the room was checked daily. It was also very expensive to eat there so we ate out

Perfect Location next to the Industrial estate.

The room was dirty, a lot Off hair everywhere and smelly toilet. The TV wasn't work and the staff give us another room but it's was the same, a lot off hair and very dirty shower. The check out should be at midday but at 10:50am the staff was nockin my rooms door asking at what time a leave.

Staff friendly and helpful

I did not expect to wait so long for my meals. The waiting time between courses was 20 mins. Had not experienced this before. Staffing level problems?

The bed sheet was clean and the bath room was ok.

The rest of the room wasn't, under the bed was very dusty and bottle tops was under it, the duty manager was incompetent broke a glass of a tray he was about to carry which mashed in front of me and my partner , glass shattered everywhere and round out feet no care given when there was a problem slow to respond to accidents and spillages, no warning of a function that was book previously when having lunch we couldn't hold a conversation as to screaming kids running about the tables, and to top it off when it can to breakfast that was under cooked, the morning staff looked like the couldn't care less and acted like it again there were kids runing around still couldn't hold a conversation , When it came to leave, we handed our room key back the lady on the front desk. Just look at us no words were spoken, and after I said thank you she did not respond. All in all the worse hotel I've ever stayed in and will not be using again once more there was a over night parking charge which was not stated at the time of booking so that was a shock. I had to pay it but was not happy!

'Industrial' decor. It looks as though it isn't finished, with office type desks. Being told untruths by bar staff on the Sun to get out of doing their job ie making drinks. Paying £9pn for parking
