My daughter, daughter-in -law, and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. My daughter-in-law lives in Ohio and we are from Northern NY. They both attended SBU, and we wanted to visit the campus. What a great time we had. We lived sitting on the deck. The place was awesome. We really needed nothing, but ourselves. It was only 5 minutes into EVL. Speaking of Ellicottville, it was so fun. We had dinner at The Gin Mill and Ellicottville Brewery. We enjoyed both. The brewery is an experience all on its own. Josh, the host, answered any question we had.

Booking and check-in was quite seamless and easy. All digital, all timely. Check-out even easier. The property is located at the end of the Snow Pine Village, right on the peripheral of Holiday Valley. While not super close to the SnowPine lift, there is access to the Catwalk trail (just outside the door) which runs right down to the base of the lift. Very convenient for getting those fresh tracks! Overall, the property was nice, but for the price I would definitely NOT rent again. Here's the plusses and minuses as I see them after just spending the weekend there with my wife and daughter: (+) Location is great. If you're skiing, you can be on a lift in 2 min or less (assuming there is snow and Catwalk is open) (+) Property has been updated and done so tastefully - modern and clean just like in the pictures. (-) Property needs someone to come in and fix things up a bit as it's now showing wear from renting (e.g., I had to fix the shower head as water was spraying all over the place as shower head wasn't tightened down, faucet in kitchen is broken) (-) This place is SMALL - nice for a couple, or a couple and a child, but there is really no private space other than in the one bedroom. It looks much larger in the pictures, but in reality, it's quite small (think tiny house - probably 600ish sq ft) (-) The spiral staircase is TINY. Small to the point that we couldn't even carry suitcases up it - we ended up handing it up to someone at the top. Fun for kids, but not super practical for anyone else. (-) If you plan on cooking anything more than toast, look elsewhere. There are VERY few pots and pans, and the range is really bad - the cook top was either very hot, or pretty much not on (near impossible to make a simple pasta dinner for my family) (-) Absolutely ZERO in the cupboards - no sugar for coffee, no basic spices - not even salt and pepper!!! (-) There was no opener for a wine bottle! We brought a nice bottle to have with dinner, but there was no way to open :( With a little bit of thought, and a price adjustment, this could be a great rental for the right couple/small family - but as it is now, it's overpriced for the value.

Very nice compared to some other condos in the same village. Only issue was a lack of utensils and adequate cooking pots/pans. Fortunately we brought some of our own.

We stayed for a ski vacation. The location was great and the apartment was very clean and modern. The host was quick to respond to any to questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoy ourselves! We did snowboarding, tubing and the Mountain Ski Coaster! The Holiday winter facility is great, there are so many different things to do. Joe, the property manager was always helpful with information whenever we contacted him!

We enjoyed the location and the condo very much! I would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying here to get away from work and daily life. There was only one other person we saw in the building during our whole stay. Bonus was a snowstorm that hit, so we got to take our son sledding on the hill next to the condo! Thank you so much!

My husband & I came for our daughter’s white coat ceremony which was being held at St. Bonaventure University. Highly recommend this unit & host.

For us it was very quiet and comfortable as it was off season. I do feel that the condo was perfect for two adults or two adults with several small children. I reason I said this as having only one bath would be different for 6 adults. We did have a lovely time there and enjoyed the condo very much.

Clean, comfortable condo - nicely renovated and in a fantastic location. Communication was seamless. We will be back for another ski race for sure!

Nice place. Skied for 2 whole days. The Ski out lift was closed It was very quick to access the other terrain. Nicely stocked. Not your typical rental pots and pans.

If you don’t like living out of your suitcase, there’s no dresser in main bedroom to unpack. So that was a bummer for 4 night stay. Maybe add some open shelving in the closet? Unless you’re under 5’ tall the loft area is useless. (But we have young kids so it was great for them). Dishwasher had rotting food inside of it stinking up the place when we arrived. So the first thing we did was clean out the drain and run the dishwasher to get it clean. The water taste like water out of a hose. So bring some purified water with you for drinking or making coffee and tea. There’s a large round kitchen table in the small kitchen right when you walk into the condo. It would be nice if there’s a smaller rectangle so it’s easier to move around. Better have 4 wheel. We got a snow squall that dumped 3” while at dinner and it was tough to get back up the hill with our Pacifica. Ski in/out is wonderful. But you need to be able to ski at a moderate level. My wife and 1 child were scared to death skiing back to our place. They actually walked back from the bunny hill area. If you know what you’re doing, it’s great!
