This is a well-kept house in an excellent location. We encountered no difficulties and enjoyed our stay. Message response time was very quick with the owner and he was able to accommodate our request for a baby gate.

Lots of space in a beautiful neighbourhood. Close to trails for walking and biking, close to the beach. The house is partially upgraded and while I have rented better equipped rentals, this really has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Comfortable beds, a beautiful yard with fabulous pool. Owner was there when we arrived to show us air conditioning and pool use. Very clean property too. Thoroughly enjoyed this long weekend trip.

Excellent house. Lots of space for the entire family. Close to the beach and town. The pool and backyard are gorgeous. Craig is an excellent host. Checked in with us by text to make sure everything was good. This is our third stay and we will be back for a fourth!!

We stayed for a week and had a blast! The pool was awesome and also the patio. The communication was a bit slow regarding modification of bookings but it was quick and smooth while we stayed. Beds are quite high but toilets are low. The bathroom of the master bedroom could use some update. Other than that, Highly recommend ed for families.

There is not centralized air conditioning. The only air conditioning is in upstairs bedrooms up high on the walls. To get there, you have to walk up a vaulted set of 20+ narrow steps stairwell. The main floor has no air conditioning.! They told us to leave upstairs bedroom doors open and use a fan to bring the cold air down the stairs! This was not a working solution. If you have arthritis and knee/back problems, these stairs are not useable. I had to sleep on the sofa for the entire duration(10 days) in 35-40 degrees heat! We paid so much for this vacation , leaving was not an option. We called Craig and he had no idea how to turn on the furnace fan snd said he had never been in the house when it was this hot. He was not of any help in this situation and never called to check on us to see how we we were coping. We were on our own an had to suffer. There were no blinds on all windows. To keep a house cool you need more than a sheer panel that you can see thru at night. Even the garage window didn't have a blind nor did the door with window from the garage into the house . The neighbor could look from their deck right through the house! Anyone could peer at us!The toilets in the bathrooms are so low it is reminiscent of daycare toilets. We were happy with the heated pool, however we had to use a chair near the steps because there is no railing to hold onto. Privacy was infringed daily. A man came every day and peered over the fence at my daughter while she was sunning by the pool. He said he was checking the pool. The binder/agreement reads that there are specific days for mowing and pool cleaning. Every day our private moments were infringed upon. The anniversary of my oldest daughters death was jurying this stay. We just wanted to go somewhere away from home, with a heated pool, and privacy to grieve. I didn't want to share that time with anyone else. The patio and bbq area was very nice. However, when you step off of the deck down the stairs (no railing) one of the steps is about to give way, as there was one bolt hanging on a thread! The outdoor dining table had chairs with bent legs. Be careful when selecting your seat. The morning of our exit, at 9am we began bringing our luggage to our automobile. A woman pulled up to the garage in a van. She told my husband that she was delivering 3 full size cribs and large amounts of child furniture for the next occupants.She demanded access. No! She piled everything against the front door!

Only the upstairs has air conditioning so it was very hot on the bottom 2 levels of the house. Location was great and the outdoor area and pool is beautiful. Some of the appliances are old and don’t work great but overall it’s a good house if it’s not too hot outside.

Great property, pool was perfect with the hot weather we had. House was very clean, functional layout & worked well for us. Will definately keep this on our list for future trips!

Great stay. Lots of room. Home away from home. Loved the pool. Private backyard. Close to so many wineries and things to see and do. Host was great with answers to any questions we had.

This rental is well appointed and well stocked. It is located in a great neighborhood and has a lovely backyard. The pool is warm and the deck and patio are perfect for entertaining. The manager is very attentive. We will definitely stay again.

This was our 3rd year vacationing in the Okanagan as a family and included our 6 month old grand-daughter. The house had enough bedrooms and space for all of us to spread out. We love the water and got into the pool everyday and even the baby had a great time. We needed some items for the baby and Craig was easy to get a hold of and make those requests happen. The house had everything we needed, even toys for the pool, but most important everything you need to prep and cook in the kitchen. Only small criticism we had was there was very little storage in the primary en-suite bathroom. It was not a huge deal as we are already thinking we would like to come back next year. Thanks for letting us make some family memories!

We were there to celebrate a birthday and it was the perfect spot to have a few friends together for a milestone event! The pool was gorgeous, the location is ideal, and Craig was a great help for when we had questions. We would definitely book again in the future!

An excellent property with everything as advertised. A little over priced and not geared towards seniors. All bedrooms are up or down steep stairs and the lowest toilets I’ve seen since being at my son’s kindergarten school. Otherwise everything was excellent.

We had a great experience here. The pool was great, the AC in the bedrooms works well, and the house is FULLY equipped with everything you need - towels, indoor and outdoor dishes, bbq stuff, condiments, soap - literally everything you need is there. Great location in a quit neighbourhood - it was great for our family stay.

While the house could use some updates, it is big with plenty of space and has an amazing pool which helped us beat the Penticton heat in July. The place was very clean and had lots of amenities for six of us. The host was attentive (he is quicker with a call so if you need something, best to call him). We had a small problem with the washing machine which leaked the basement but it was quickly dealt with. Thanks for the amazing vacation!

We were so happy with the location. The house is big with lots of bedrooms and three showers!! The outdoor space with the lounge area, dining table and pool were amazing. Owner was super responsive with the one issue we had. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
