Located close to the beach and not far to other tourists locations

Linens could be updated maybe a thicker comforter

It was quiet. Comfortable for my family of 8. Had activities for the kids.

Room was ready but didn’t do early check in

The location was good. However, There were lots of activities available at the resort.

The unit was very dated. It seems it hasn't been occupied in a while..

The location is great. It’s quiet and peaceful. Plenty space for 8 people.

The bedroom gets warm during night time because there is no vents in any bedrooms. We found some sand spots in a kitchen when we checked in.

The location was great close to everything. This apartment was way in the back of the resort giving seclusion. All the residents were nice. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean enough. No bugs thankfully. I would book here again. The company was very responsive with our needs. The beach was right across from the resort a 3 minute drive/10 min walk and very nice.

The furniture in the living room is outdated and needs to be cleaned. There was a red spot that I thought was blood on the couch cover so I washed it and it still didn't come out so I don't know what it was. We didn't stay in the living room much anyway but it still bothered me.

The condo is NOT outdated. I love the tile work in the showers. The double porch swings were one of my favorite features with the party lights. The kitchen is perfectly stocked if you need utensils, pans, or bowls to cook or prepare food. There's even a corkscrew for wine bottles 😉 There are plenty of towels, and having the washer/dryer is a huge bonus as it allowed us to keep up on our laundry so we don't have too much to do upon returning home.

Honestly, the only negative thing I have to say is that the description of the rental said that we would have beach chairs, a wagon and sand toys to use, but after calling to inquire about a key to the lock pad, we were informed that the owners discontinued that feature due to others damaging things. While I respect this decision, it needs to be removed from the description. Had I known, I could have brought these things with us from home and saved spending another $250 on these items. I will also add that the rental fee itself is extremely reasonable. It's all the fees that are added that double the price, which I feel is a bit excessive.

most of the doors did not close correctly and one was damaged. in the master bathroom there was drain issues in the sink.

The property was exactly like the pictures. Even tho we brought essentials, the property was equipped with everything needed from towels to cooking utensils. Apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in a great area within walking distance from the beach. There were broken curtain rods, but the maintenance offered to fix the rod immediately if needed to. Definitely will be visiting again.
