Great location

I've stayed at sea colony before. The owner really needs to fix some things like the slider handle. A screen would be nice.

No breakfast

We didn't have any toilet paper, soap, coffee maker glass pot, t towels, dish soap. Nothing but furniture and towels. The vent in the living room was filthy black. Went to Vacasa office and they gave us what we needed and sent someone to clean the vent.

Beach view within a walking distance to town

Door code had to be updated 4 times by property management due to either not working or expiring. The listing said 5 person maximum yet only 1 bedroom with a twin and full size bed. The apartment is minimally furnished with old worn pieces, no porch/patio furnishings, pealing wallpaper and the tile flooring throughout was not clean. Several broken items throughout. Property owner scheduled a private contractor to enter the apartment while I was there without prior notification. This person had a door code and tried twice to enter. Had it not been for the door chain he would have.

The location was good but I would have enjoyed southern exposure more!

The lock didn’t work the first few days… had battery replaced, next day code expired so we were locked out! The whole place needed updating!

Booked an ocean view room - the sliding door to the balcony wouldn't open. Called maintenance every day we were there & were assured they would come to fix. They never did so therefore we could never access the balcony. Contacted property mgmt company who handled the rental & they assured me they would give some sort of compensation. I've called/emailed for 2+weeks & now they won't return my calls/emails. They've done nothing to make this right. The unit was also dirty which we brought to their attention. DO NOT waste your time booking this rental or going through VACASA. Terrible experience - I will never use them again.

Loved the location, right on the beach was perfect!

The unit was very dated and not as clean as it should be (we found dirty clothes behind the dresser when we went to access an outlet). It was very pricy for a 1 bedroom. The water pressure in the shower was horrendous.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Great location.

The cleaning company that Vacasa uses didn't do a very good job at cleaning before our arrival. Hair in the shower, garbage still in the can, something nasty and dried up in the kitchen sink.

The location is outstanding.

It’s pretty filthy. We had to spend an hour cleaning when we arrived and then continued to find messes that we didn’t cause during our stay.
