Didn't know there was breakfast!
We tried to get a second night at front desk he was kind of rude said we'd have to do it online to get better rate or pay double then he got a phone call and just left so we stayed at a different facility for two more nights.

There was nothing to like just horrible looks scary and bad customer service thugs hanging around rooms and it’s smells bad.
One the person over the counter told me after asking him would you be able to watch my car whenever he told me no just all around just not a great place

Some broken things in the room, place was a little dated. Ice machine broken, bathroom door, sink handle, our room was being worked on as we entered.

Never got out of my vehicle. Facilities were dirty, in desperate need of a face lift. It was obvious that people lived there. It did not feel safe and was probably lacking in the cleanliness. I was not going to stay there. I cancelled and went elsewhere.

I thought the room was very nice and there was a big refrigerator in it. The lighting was nice and the bed was super comfortable. Staff was also nice. The bed was missing a blanket and the receptionist brought one to me right away. I got a very good night sleep.
The only thing that I didn't like was the back patio was open. Meaning anyone from the parking lot can walk behind your room to the patio and that made me feel a little uncomfortable, knowing that anyone from the street or the parking lot could come in behind the rooms. I didn't check the lock on the patio door to make sure it was locked and thankfully it was.

I like the host who attended me. She was efficient and no complaints.
I didn’t like that the trash was not taken out from the previous guest, the bathroom door was hanging on to the bottom hinge and couldn’t close properly, the television did not work, and the mini fridge was disconnected and made a loud ticking sound when it was connected.

I like the location, the room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable and always has clean linens. There were shampoos, and enough towels to use.

Nothing about this place is acceptable.
I felt very unsafe at this property. Also, the two rooms offered me were unsanitary, stains everywhere, and the electronics not functioning properly. The downstairs room even showed obvious signs of an attempted break in. I could not stay there and requested a cancellation and refund from the manager at Bel Air Motor Hotel and was told to contact Booking.com. Booking.com has refused to refund. Do not stay at this accommodation. Do not use Booking.com to ever book an accommodation.
