We attended a 3 day wedding weekend. The house is in a wonderful location, close to stores and things to do & see. We were very comfortable within this lovely home, and appreciated the quickness which the host responded to questions.

Property was great. Location for downtown Chattanooga. Very close to the aquarium as well as the supercharger which we used. The St. John's restaurant is fabulous if you're looking for a good restaurant. Had a great time

Our first time to the Chattanooga area. The house was great and had everything we needed and more! It felt like we were in the woods, but we were close to everything. We could’ve walked everywhere, but we visited during a pretty hot & humid week. The house was nice and cool though! We walked the dog into town a few mornings. (Chattanooga has so many dog friendly places!). We had groceries delivered from Walmart right after we arrived and popped down the street to Publix for a few other things later. We enjoyed some yummy restaurants and also saved some $ by cooking/grilling many meals at the house -kitchen was well equipped! We enjoyed our stay in the house and Chattanooga! We’d love to come back another year in the spring or fall ❤️

Traveling with my parents, husband, and two kids (ages 6 & 9) - house was perfect for our group, very clean and comfortable, and nicely situated on a quiet street. The location was perfect - 15 minutes from Ruby Falls, 5 minutes from the aquarium, and plenty of testy and coffee shops within a mile’s drive - plus a Publix right down the road. Highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay overall - the location can't be beat! The house is on a quiet street but you're 5 minutes away from everything. There were lots of restaurants & shops to explore nearby on the North Shore. The house was very clean also. The knock on this one weas that the bedding was old & not very nice, especially for the extra beds (pull out couch, futon).

We came to Chattanooga to see a show and this place was not only convenient to town but also a gem in every sense of the word. Clean and spacious with everything we needed. We loved staying here and plan to come back with friends!

My family has a few properties that we have as rentals and I have to say, this house is top notch! House was beautifully planned out and decorated. Clean and not cluttered. Ample parking…(security lights are a nice touch as well). the hill on the driveway got my wife’s car on our way in but…hey…its Tennessee!…it’s hilly…I should have been a little more careful.
To be fair, so I don’t come across as a suck up, The only thing I would change is the landscaping in front. The house is beautiful and it has such a great potential look even better by making a nice little yard with landscaping in the front.
Other Than that….FANTASTIC! I would rent again in a second(if I didn’t have to drive 9 hours to get there)

Came to Chattanooga to watch our son compete in the Ironman. The house and location could not have been better. Able to walk to the riverfront in a few minutes. Great restaurants nearby. House was clean and nicely remodeled. Sure beats staying in a hotel downtown without our furry friends. Thanks!

We were very excited to visit Chattanooga for the first time. The property was just as it was portrayed on Vrbo. It was clean and well appointed- we had everything we needed. The location is fabulous for getting around Chattanooga. We truly enjoyed our stay! The only issue was that the yard is loaded with Poison Oak, so if you are traveling with children or dogs (who do get a reaction, but can get the oil on theirs fur and transmit poison oak to their humans), Beware!

We had a great weekend visit, the house was perfect, and Kris was great. He was very responsive to our questions and provided helpful suggestions. The house was in a great location, it was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. Our only regret was not having more time to stay and enjoy it (and the hot tub) more!

Our families had wonderful experiences with most of what Chattanooga has to offer largely because of this spectacular rental. It is a beautiful and spacious home, the owners were fabulously attentive, and location could not have been better. We would definitely stay again.

Chattanooga Stay
The house was great. The owner has done a nice job with the layout and it has everything you need. I'm not an app person so didn't get the note about the code, but owner responded quickly and got us in right away. Would definitely stay here again on a trip to Chattanooga. The location is great and MANY great restaurants within 1 mile.

Great Place!
The property was everything as advertised. Spacious, well stocked, and clean. The weather was perfect for various time of day dips in the hot tub. And last, but not least, the location is phenomenal! Just a few easy minutes from everything! 4 min from Renaissance Park. 5 min to the Aquarium. 9 min to the Zoo.. Awesome stay! Will definitely come again!
