Clean room

there was mild in the shower. Room doesn’t have any table, or even a glass or cup for tee. Some other guests were loud till late night.

codes are not that nice idea

Easy 24 hour access, walking distance from my destination. Good location, just next to a bus station.

Heater was closed, and at arrival was cold in the room and no heater in the bathroom. Survivable, and understandable but I felt bit uncomfortable.

Nothing!!! Would not recommend.

We stood half an hour in the cold, even before we could get in. It was extremely unclean and nothing like the photos. Communication with the host was very difficult. The shower was not working correctly. The room was super cold and smelled bad. Just don`t go there!

The room is very small and smells like new furnitures. I believe that the smell is not healthy.

They don’t put no shampoo and body shower so actually you cannot take a shower otherwise you have to have your shampoo with you

Communication. All dealings with the staff were by 'email'. Very little support. Unable to check in as there are no facilities to do so. Access to the the key for the room was a secure box outside the property. We did not have the code for the box as we had no access to the internet as we travelled. The telephone number for the property was not answered. We checked into a hotel (£112.00) for the night where we accessed the internet and found out the information required by the staff to gain access to the property. We managed to access our room later that night. It was not a double deluxe room, no cupboards, no drawers, we had to live out of our suitcase. The dining area was a desk in the corner, there was one chair, there was not enough room for a second chair, the desk was at the bottom of the bed with insufficient space for anything. The TV was not working, we were not able access the channels as advertised. Not once did we see any member of staff or management, all dealings were via 'email' , that were not always responded to as expected. I have stayed in youth hostels with better facilities in the room.

The acomodation is on the extremely busy road. Extremely small, just a bed agains the window and no other pieces of furniture. No existing communication, no reply to my requests. I requested 2 single beds. We were given one double and i had to sleep wirh my son, who is 1.90 cm wirh my head on the window sill....literally😬

The place is just fine for one night: cheap, parking, a good bed, and close to center. If that's all you need.

The musty towels. They have to be boiled. The smells stays on your skin and you have to clean with soap again to get rid of the smell. We bought a towel.

The room was small, but has everything you need for a basic stay. The staff was friendly and easy to reach via message. Good location and overall a good bargain.

It wasn’t so clean though, walls were very dirty too. There were small easy-to-fix details which show that the property is not well maintained.

I was in the accommodation at the Geroweiher Mönchengladbach the accommodation is nice and clean and close to the center is definitely recommended will be back

The battery for the remote control was empty, but the staff provided new batteries for the remote control within minutes

IT was really fine very quite place near the City good Connection by Bus and train the Personal was very friendly every time. Again

I've accommodated here last year. Everything is as great as last year. During pandemic, cleaning is the most important thing as you know. Thats why everybody should choose this facility to stay. Staff's are cute. They make you feel as you are in home.
