Nice and Clean property. Cooker and washing machine available. Quite and peaceful area. Good communication by owners.

The kitchen is very clean, has good facilities and is roomy for a property of this size. The twin beds are comfortable. The heating is decent. The owner was responsive and very helpful in resolving some minor issues we had (but the property management company much less so with a more major issue - see above).

The paintwork is peeling in a few places, especially in the bathroom; the extractor doesn't seem to vent moist air properly so expect a lot of condensation when showering. The sofa bed in the lounge is so uncomfortable (wooden slats digging into body parts) that my wife and I couldn't sleep on it and had to put cushions on the floor as our kids were occupying the actual beds. The owner is helpful and provided a temporary inflatable double, which was passably better, but I found the property management company dismissive and unhelpful when we asked for a small partial refund for the poor night's sleep. Finding a parking space on the same road as the property can be very difficult indeed, so if travelling by car I would not recommend arriving any later than mid-afternoon. In all, I thought the standard was some way below what we'd been led to expect, and represented poor value for money. The location of the property is pretty good for the city centre, but much better places can be found relatively easily for a similar cost.

The apartment was very clean and had all the appliances we needed. Good location with just a little walk into town.

Unfortunately the sofa bed was broken so we couldn't use it for the 3rd person.

Some cigarette buts on top of the back of the sofa, otherwise clean. Didn’t like having to give a cleaning deposit and didn’t like having to present other information before I could finish the reservation….red tape! Bed a bit soft…needs replacing.

It's fair for the price, but it's not freshly painted. The window gapes slightly in the living room. There is no light at the front door. But again, a lovely apartment.

Comfortable beds, warm, location

Lack of utensils in kitchen. Lack of communication when lock was changed resulting in us standing outside in rain before we could raise someone downstairs. Poor lighting in lounge where we usually ate in poor light. Bathroom hot tap loose and extractor fan not working, paint peeling.
