This amazing house has everything you can possibly need for a stay in Fredericksburg. We loved the location being so close to Main Street. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary supplies from cork screws to coffee pots. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were very soft and good quality. I wish the windows had shades. The bright sun light coming in at 6:30 am was brutal on the eyeballs. Both bedrooms could use blackout shades or a nice full length curtain. The furniture was cozy and comfortable with plenty of room for 4 adults. The hot tub was perfect to come home to at night. We used it both nights and really enjoyed it. Overall this was a beautiful and comfortable little house. Happy we stayed there!

Such a sweet place to stay. Nice sheets, soaking tub, hot tub, perfect front porch sitting. Peaceful and spacious house.

Overall kinda ok I guess problems with the hot tub,kinda really dirty on the porch,washing machine problems. But other than those things great location!

The house was exactly as pictured and was fabulous. Found everything we needed and lotsa extras, from the Kcups to the chocolate and water bottles. Great location too. Only thing that bothered us was the light coming in from the windows in the morning... Definitely will bring my night mask to wear next time. Good trip.

What a lovely property! We love Fredericksburg but would come again even sooner just to stay in your place again. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a really fun but long day!

Absolutely loved the property. Beds are super comfortable, super clean and most relaxing weekend getaway. We will book this location again.

My friends, sister and I all enjoyed our stay at Oma Lange’s Guesthouse during our time in Fredericksburg. The house is beautiful inside and out. We also loved the fact that it is located within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street.

We celebrated our friend's 60th birthday with a weekend stay. The house was perfect! Lots of little extras that make a difference (plenty of towels, both coffee, tea, creamer, etc, ).

Sweet place. Tons of extras. Chocolate being one. Coffee creamer being two. My only complaint was very busy street the house was on. Didn’t expect that but for locals it’s the by pass street to main and I totally get that. Very nice place. Very accommodating. The wine tour guy Mike was a bonus. This guy is a book of knowledge for the area. Private tour the way to go in my book.

Relaxing, shopping Fredericksburg, tour of LBJ Ranch and wineries in Hill Country. Great property, would have given 5 stars for cleanliness except out side of house and cottage needs a good “sweep” or Powerwash from winter dust and dirt. Inside was very clean. Would rent again for sure, perfect location.

Very clean, one story house and guest house. There was plenty of bathroom products for all to use. Kitchen had spices and lots of cooking pans. We did need a hand mixer but mixed by hand the old fashioned way which worked. Absolutely lovely decor, room for all guest to sleep comfortable. The maintenance of this 100 yr old house is not easy and will always need work. Very charming

House was restored older home and was done very well. Everything was useable and easy to operate. House was close to the Main Street area. Could walk to that area if wanted.

This house was perfect for our stay. The walk to all the happenings on Main Street was very short. We loved the outside seating area. The property is clean and we felt like we had everything we needed. Would stay again!!

We have never stayed anywhere that offered all that Oma’s did. The house is wonderful as is the guest cottage. I think what impressed us the most was the high quality of the necessities that were provided, e.g. the facial tissue was Puffs. We can not stop telling our friends how much we enjoyed it.

We always love staying here. Sometimes while sitting at our desks, we wish we were swinging in the porch swing or rocking in the rockers on the front porch listening to the birds singing in Fredericksburg. This B&B is a great place to unwind and enjoy the benefits of living in a small community away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The home is comfortable and enjoyable. We've stayed here many times and will again. Fredericksburg is our happy place!

This property was so cute and clean and in the perfect location! We enjoyed our stay and waking up in the morning drinking coffee on the porch swing to hanging out in the evening underneath the patio in the driveway. We will definitely come back with our kids too!

This is lovely property with plenty of space and a well-stocked kitchen. It had all the utensils, pans, glasses, etc. for our coking needs. Plenty of coffee options and a few sweet surprises. The 3 King beds were all super comfy and the rooms very spacious. Bathrooms were all nice sized and included all the necessities. Location was perfect! Five minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to the horse track and 15-20 minutes to many of the wineries. Would definitely recommend!

The house was charming, clean, and in a very nice neighborhood. The property was a little farther from the main shopping than we thought but worth the extra distance. We will definitely rent again.

Great house for three couples. There was a lot more inclusions than expected.
