Close to some cheap shops such as Lidl. Bus stop within 2-3 mins to take you to town center. Friendly neighbors in the flat. There is WC and full bathroom with toilet.

Unfortunately too many things. The entire flat is very dirty. There are cob-webs in almost every corner and some spiders as well. The walls are dirty with various markings. To get to the WC or bathroom must go through kitchen. The main door entrance to flat is never locked, while the back door is usually always open. My room door did not have the key, meaning that I was leaving the flat without knowing whether I will find my belongings when I come back. Very Stressful !!! I reported it on day 1 in the morning. No action, not even responding. Reported it in the evening and again no action, except the answer "Leave that to me..." . Continued to ask them when it will be fixed for 4 days, multiple times a day. They bothered to send someone only when I reported them to Booking.com. They sorted the problem within 10 mins. To compensate stress offered Amazon voucher worth GBP10. I politely said thank you but never received it. Such a awful experience, never again !!!
