1 - the booking we originally made was changed on us - supposedly to a "better" accomodation. We were not asked if we wanted to change our original booking. The original booking had a good arrangement of beds in 3 bedrooms that would have worked well for our family. This accomodation did not have an ideal arrangement of beds. 2 - when we arrived we saw a dirty front garden with old dried dogs mess and glass in the overgrown grass. 3 - the inside of the house was dirty - broken glass in the kitchen, hair and rubbish on the carpets; dirty counters in the kitchen,and we had to call the manager to come to clean 4 -there was not enough cutlery and crockery for the number in our group and what there was, was old, cracked, stained and an odd assortment of plates and cups. We had to ask the manager to bring something more suitable. 5 - the dishwasher was not connected to the water supply and not fixed until late on day 3 of our holiday. 6 - there was no dining table and an assortment of old, shabby, rickety chairs. The manager brought a table on day 2 [which was old but at least usable] and brought 3 chairs on day 3. 7 - the washing machine [which for us was an essential] was not working and it was not replaced until late on the 3rd day. 8 - the upstairs shower leaked through the floor onto the ground floor landing. 9 - curtains were a mish mash and were not properly installed; the curtain rail in the living room fell onto my grandson when he touched the curtains. Luckily he was not hurt. 10 - back garden was overgrown, dirty, there was an old dirty diaper in the grass among other rubbish. We could not let the children play in the garden. 11 - The manager tried to rectify things for us, but did not seem to understand that these things were a problem. He tried to convince us that this house was "the best property". He did not understand that a holiday let needs to be well equipped, clean and ready to live in. 12.

We have direct to different house. The house is very new so the basic facility is very minimum. No iron. No fresh towel. The toilet didnt clean by cleaner.

Horrible place, better than side walk only.

Waited at the gate for 1. 5 hours to get in and one other guy saying there happen to open to door. Then they wake me in the middle of the night. Constant airplane sound, the are landing right above your head.

Nothing

I travelled with car from frankfurt to London in 12 hours with my family include wife and 3 kids. I reached there at night 12:00 clock. We were fully tired. Till 3 o clock night we stayed on the road. Police didn't help us. It was redicules

The house is a good size

We were shown pictures online of a completely different property that did not match the one we stayed in. It was so dirty starting from the kitchen, bath tub to inside the fridge (hair came out of it). The grass was not cut and the rubbish was just left there. If you have little kids this is not a place to take them. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Plus it was not stated that planes fly over the house every 10 minutes so sleeping was hard there.

The space was good

Someone made a booking at the same time as us and came to the property. The landlord came after 1 hour and wasted our time as we had to bring in the other client inside the house as they were waiting outside in the cold with their suitcases. We were going to leave at the point the 2nd client came for an event but we missed the last entry time so we missed the event we came for as the landlord took too long to come. There was a fridge and freezer right next to the bed and it was really difficult sleeping in there as the fridge was making noises throughout the night. We missed the whole purpose of our stay. The heater wasn't working either at the property.

A Lady sat eating her tea in there when we arrived and had to wait for her to finish. Beds the springs were poking through. Meant to be a sofa bed in living room but only a settee. Owner doesn't get back to you either. Picture below is the settee and covers provided
