It was amazingly friendly service!

Honestly, you have one of the best breakfast bars I've experienced. It was well stocked, in a large clean area. The food choices were healthy! (which is usually not the case in other hotels I frequent).

The location was great for our purposes, the environment was quiet and relaxing, 5$3 hotel was well-taken care of, the breakfast was good.

Pool size and no hot tub

It was pretty good. It was nice having a hot breakfast.

I was really shocked how small the pool was—it is the size of a larger hot tub. How can it accommodate when your facility is fully booked? I was really hoping there would be a whirlpool, but there was none. Kind of a bummer but everything else was very nice, new and clean!

The atmosphere was very pleasant and decorated for the holidays. We used the front sitting area to visit with family members. The workers were "very" pleasant and hard working! I noticed other families using the fitness room and pool.

The yogurt, juice, and waffles items were good for breakfast. Unfortunately, the english muffins ran short our last day and there wasn't any peanut butter because of a recall. The coffee bar area seemed well stocked.

The property was easy to find and centrally located for our needs. The beds were very comfortable. And the amenities were great.

We were put in a room that had been previously smoked in. When I called the might management to come and smell the room, she argued with me that the room did not smell like smoke. My point was that there was an unpleasant odor in the room, which made for a very unpleasant sleeping experience. When all was said and done, the room was comped. However, I would have liked heads that the room smelled like tobacco. I probably would have tried to find a different hotel.
