Very clean, staff great, good area.

Not what you would expect a Homestay to be. Really it is a small hotel with many rooms. Balcony was not private but shared therefore not suitable if you are a family or couple so door cannot be left open. Not soundproof so can hear the neighbouring room plus could hear the doors opening and closing all the time. Food not value for money.

Just avoid booking the room on the terrace. I got a chance to stay there due to my sudden planned overstay. Thanks to the owner I got a room there for 1 additional night. The room was allright but not as good as others.

Amazing property . So amazing. It was my first time to stay at a homestay as at the last minute this was the only option available to me. Itsss great. . They serve u breakfast an dinner in a dining area .. that is freshly made. So awesome .

It is really homestay. It is home-away from home. Staff is very very gentle and courteous. Owner is also gentle and very co-operative. We are very happy to stay there. We recommend every one to stay there only for comforts. Cleaning and hygiene is up to the mark. Food is very good. Every room is having balcony for sun-light and air ventilation.

We selected the only room on the ground floor as I have a problem of climbing stairs. The rooms, dining space, common area and the small garden area are all very aesthetically pleasing and clean. Amenities were good too. There is a very short ramp from the road leading to the house and two cars can be parked there. The homestay is in a completely residential neighborhood but there are eating joints nearby and one can order in food. There's a kitchen, fridge and a microwave and one can heat up food.

Though it's called a homestay, there's nothing homely about this. It's basically a house in a residential neighborhood with around ten similar double rooms with attached bathroom. The rooms on the first and second floor have adjacent balconies with the other rooms. There is no interaction between guests and the owners. So I found the name completely misleading. The complementary breakfast isn't great. I stayed for two nights. The first day we opted for bread omlette which I made myself. The next day it was puri-sabji which was nothing to boast about. The only staff is a father-son duo of which the father is the cook and the son runs errands. Frankly I found the father who also acts as the cook unpleasant, lacking good manners and very patriarchal. Very unpleasant.

Well maintained, beautiful and hygienic property. Food was awesome just like home. Owner and staff were so dedicated and committed about our comfort. Thanks a lot Mr. Anil for your hospitality, me and my family really loved the stay.

This is not a complaint. Nothing is perfect in this world , there is always room for improvement. No heating in rooms, though I was provided a room heater on request. No power backup. No Lifts.

I booked the room after seeing the very positive references . I was not disappointed but positively impressed in all aspects .Staff . Cleanliness . Comfort . Location . Price . I do recommend
