The facility is very comfortable many beautiful plants everywhere. Walking distance to many shops.

Cleaning crew would only do partial cleaning of the restroom. It was a shared bathroom they needed to do a better job at cleaning it.

No public transport information like how to get to South Beach or airport. Called a taxi at 11am, an hour later still waiting, ended up getting public transport to airport. Maybe a sign or printed information page would be helpful.

It was very clean. The guests in the main home I stayed in were nice. The owner called me to rectify the situation but did not meet my request as far as I know yet, to state in the notes so that BEFORE people book, that they KNOW that the owner gives out the code to the home to other guests in muliple properties to store their luggage in the main home. So if you are in the main home, you may find strange people walking in unexpectantly. Also to only give them the code when requested and only give it out on the day they need it.

There should be notes in booking.com for ALL to easily see that states that people that stay in other properties are given the door code to this house, so you may have a surprise person just show up.

The house was very nice and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and we liked how our room had a tv with Roku. Very nice. The people at the house were also nice and helpful.

It was hot in our room during the day but once it got to nighttime it seemed to cool down.

I liked the location. It was clean.

There were not enough outlets in the bedroom to charge devices without unplugging a lamp and fan. The bathroom was very small.
