Very cute and clean! So close to the beach with amazing views.

We loved this place it was clean and had a great ocean view! Pool was very nice as well. Hosts we’re very kind and super easy to work with. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Outstanding stay!! Short walk to the beach. Loved watching the sunrise & having coffee on the beach. Get a golf cart for running around town. Our host checked in almost every day she was great. We will be back, overall GREAT STAY!!

Everything about this process, from booking to check out, went smoothly. The property was beautiful and the view/proximity to the beach was great.

Took my husband for his birthday and we had a blast. Room was so cute and clean right by the beach we walked from our room. Close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend will book again for sure.

We had a great time staying in this condo. Location to the beach and town were both great. Very clean and had everything we needed! Loved the pool. Used the grills and kitchen to cook. Would definitely stay again!!!

Decor was beautiful. Definitely made you feel like you were at the beach. VIew from the balcony was awesome. You could see and hear the ocean. The sunsets and sunrises were beautiful. The condo was fully equipped with everything you need. We hope to stay there again.

The owners of this unit have thought of everything you may need and the decor was a charming beachy look. It had a nice balcony which had views of the gulf and boardwalk. The location is perfect….on the edge of town so you could have views but close enough to rent and get around town in a golf cart. The teen girls that stayed with me had a blast. The unit is on the 3rd floor with no lift so keep that in mind if you have little kids and a lot of equipment. I personally liked it because it had nice high views. The only other small thing I would mention is that if you plan to cook, I would bring your own chefs knife. Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for more! It’s “as advertised”.

Other than the table lamps not working in one bedroom (knobs not there), everything else was in great order, clean and new. We had stayed at this condo complex (Beach Head) last year and this unit was much nicer in its furniture, finishes and amenities. One bedroom has a nice king bed and the other a king as well and a blow-up queen mattress and fold-out couch in living room so you can definitely accommodate the number of people they say. Great for two couples and maybe a few kids. The kitchen is new and nice and they provided us plenty of cups, glasses, plates and bowls. All melamine, which I guess makes sense. Nice fridge. Everything in working order. The owner obviously takes pride in this unit. Sheets, towels and bedding all very clean. The pool at the complex and game room are both really big and nice. Location is convenient with the boardwalk down to the beach right out the back. This unit is in the building closest to the boardwalk/beach.

We were not able to stay in the unit we had rented as the air conditioning was broken. We had to stay in another property 10 miles away

Condo was very clean and we had everything we needed. Parking was difficult and it was a far walk to the beach. It all worked out and we had a great time!

Everything was great except the parking. Because of rain the parking spot in driveway was very muddy. I almost fell. Might help to fix that so no one falls or tracking mud into condo. Other than that condo was clean and very nice. Property management was very accommodating and quick to respond.

I cannot recommend this vacation rental enough! It was right by the beach and absolutely beautiful. The location was so close to stores and shops as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the entire condo was clean and spacious. It was such a great stay, thank you!

This was our first VRBO experience, and I feel like the process was rather smooth. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness as we found hair and dust as well as items left by previous guests under the candles on the table, etc (things that had people thoroughly cleaned, should have been found. Overall, we were quite pleased and would return - fantastic location, perfect size and fantastic views!!!

The condo is beautiful, clean, and is exactly as depicted in the photos--always a relief when renting a new place! We loved everything about staying there, but do have 2 suggestions for making renting from you all even better: 1) There needs to be more bath and hand towels and wash cloths available in each bathroom. That there are only 2 sets in each made for a somewhat frustrating experience, as we had to reuse our towels throughout our stay and also had to keep tabs on whose was whose. (Plus, the towels that are supplied are quite scratchy, a problem when one is sunburned after a day spent going from pool to beach!) 2) The lock on the AC control caused us to sweat throughout our nights there. We prefer to sleep in a colder temperature than the one programmed, but were not able to set it a comfortable level to allow for sweat-free nights. If you do not want to unlock it completely, maybe you could just include in the description of the condo the fact that there are set parameters on the thermostat. Thank you for offering your lovely condo to us for our vacation! It made our first experience at a Texas beach a wonderful experience, even with the above mentioned issues.

What an amazing experience! The house was so cozy and relaxing. My fiancé and I enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the ocean waves crash. The condo had all the accommodations that allowed us to have such a wonderful experience in our 3 day stay. It was perfectly located by all the good restaurants and the walk to the beach was just a skip and a hop away. We experience no problems whatsoever and the owners checked in to make sure that we had everything we needed. Thank you again for the much needed relaxation and we so look forward to coming back again.

We had a great time in this condo and the location of the community was excellent. The unit was cute, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is also well stocked. We would stay here again and recommend to others. The balcony and views are really nice. The community house with the game tables by the pool could use some daily cleaning and the games should be free in my opinion. The pool was spotless and kids enjoyed it. Overall a great week!

We had an incredible experience during out 3 day stay at the Beachhead condo. They follow all proper guidelines to clean and sanitize the place to get it ready for the new occupants. The condo itself is absolutely stunning, and the pictures on the website do not do enough justice to the beauty and serenity that this place offers. I know there are plenty of options to chose from around PortA area, but I will surely recommend this for anyone going there. We loved the gulf view from the patio. It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach. I cannot thank enough Courtney (Property Manager) for answering all our questions, and making this a memorable experience for us.

We loved this condominium so much!! The owners thought of every detail to make the stay enjoyable. Decorated so cute. Loved having our coffee on the back patio with the view of the gulf. And a short walk on the boardwalk to get to the beach. Loved it!! Will rent again.

The property was great, we have stayed at Beachhead several times and always enjoy it. The condo is really nice and comfy. They remodeled the pool and made a game room that the kids enjoyed since we were there last. The WiFi worked great. The view is amazing!! It is fantastic to be able to walk to the beach on the boardwalk whenever you want without having to load up in the car or golf cart. The one big issue that I wish I had known about was the parking spot is really tight to get in and out of especially with a Ford F-250 and then on top of it the surrounding condos would park 2 cars in one spot and block the entrance (a sign in those spots stating don’t block entrance would be helpful as I think they didn’t realize people had to pull in there). They also have a Keurig which I didn’t know about. I always bring my own coffee and filters but there was not a regular coffee maker so I had to go out and buy the pods. It would be nice if they had a reusable pod available since IGA did not sell one or have a small coffee maker in the cabinet for the non-Keurig users like me. There was not any bakeware either, luckily there was a Pyrex dish I was able to use. There is also no washer and dryer which I don’t usually use but just an FYI.
